We designed a new type of residential project in Sherman Oaks, CA for one of our very talented clients Kathryn Pitt, who is an artist that needed more space to explore her creativity skills as a artist. She asked for an up-and-coming feature, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), to be built on the existing garage making this a beautiful second story addition which increased her property value and gave her the space to paint more comfortably.
