With a background in painting and conceptual art, Brian Paquette brings a singular point of view to the Seattle interior design scene. Rather than following a particular style, he draws inspiration from a variety of sources: architecture, travel, and the natural world, to name a few. For Brian, interior design is not something sterile or static; it’s a living extension of art, meant to be touched, used and admired. That mindset is at the heart of Brian Paquette Interiors. We are a high end design firm and we build custom spaces that are at once open and intimate, grounded yet light. Our Seattle interior design team works through a close, collaborative process, creating homes that reflect our clients’ identity, history and aspirations. We partner with local craftsmen to ensure every element in our projects is unique and carefully considered, with its own story that adds to the greater whole. Founded in 2009, Brian Paquette Interiors provides full-service interior design. Our Seattle interiors have been featured in Architectural Digest, Dwell, Luxe Magazine and more. We also regularly work in Los Angeles, New York City, British Columbia and beyond.

Brian and his team are incredibly talented. They met with us once and immediately got a sense of who were were and what we wanted. When they came to show us fabric samples and photos of furniture and rugs, they nailed it on the first round. We couldn't be happier with the results. And every guest who visits is totally wowed. Metropolitan Home magazine even came to photograph the condo. We'd give them 10 stars if we could.

I hired Brian Pacquette to renovate and design our family beach house on Puget Sound. I asked him to keep the feeling of an old, comfy family home with ticking and patterns all in a palette of red, white and blue. This was a departure from his other work but you would never know it! The house turned out beautifully! It's updated but looks as if it happened over time, organically. It's even featured in a current shelter magazine. I highly recommend Brian, his talent is multi-faceted and he's a pleasure to work with!

Brian has done a number of residential projects for us over the past 3 years from nurseries to major remodels. We have been delighted with the final product as well as how we got there. He has been respectful of the budgets we've set (not the case with other designers in the past). He has pushed back appropriately to ensure our expectations are aligned with the restrictions we're setting providing advice on where we may want to give a bit to make sure we get what we want. Project installs and have been painless and the issues that do come up are handled professionally and quickly. I highly recommend Brian and his team.

I was impressed with Brian when I saw his past projects, but after meeting him, discussing my style, and then hearing his vision for my home, I was sold. He was always quick to respond and open minded about my taste and opinion. He redesigned my entire house, from my kitchen cabinets, to our living room, to each of my children’s rooms. He knocked it out of the park. I left feeling very impressed by Brian’s work, and Brian himself.

My company, Blanton Turner, originally hired BPI to do a model unit for a new apartment building. His interior design paired perfectly with the design aesthetic of the building, helping to create a story that strengthened the brand. The additional value they added contributed to a successful lease-up of the property. Ever since that first effort, BT and BPI have been inseparable. I believe BPI has executed 6 additional model homes (I've lost count) and is working on the common area furnishings for 3 more new buildings. In each apartment, BPI considers the design aesthetic of the entire community to ensure that the exterior translates to the interior and that the design appeals to a broad range of prospective renters. In a world of apartment interiors focusing on flashy colors to overcome poor design, BPI brings a level of sophistication that overcomes the need for amateur sales tactics. BPI truly makes it feel like a home, which translates well to renters.

Working with Brian Paquette interiors was an incredible experience all around. Brian presented his clear and inspired vision for the project at the beginning, and he and his team executed it beautifully and professionally. Brian's depth of knowledge and experience was reassuring and helpful throughout the process. He guided us through decisions and made suggestions that I never would have considered on my own - and of course, everything came together perfectly. The space he created for us highlights everything I love about his aesthetic, but somehow it also feels true to my own style and like the perfect home for me and my family. I look forward to the chance to work with Brian Paquette Interiors again.
