Horrible service. They broke our counter and want to charge $1500 to replace it. Terrible from the start. They never did what we payed for and they could not care less to fix it.

ZERO STARS. I am very disappointed with this company. I recommended this company to my client. They did such a POOR JOB that I felt embarrassed to have recommended this company to my client. They did not take the job serious, AND when installing my clients countertops they damaged and RUINED the paint job on their cabinets/island. They do NOT respect the clients home, they are very messy. I asked very several times for them to cover the wood floors to not leave any damage or trash. After they left, I had to hire someone to come clean the floors because of how bad they left them. These people went to my client directly and after they made a lot of mistakes with the measurements they tried to make me responsible for their messy work as the contractor that I am .When I had nothing to do with that deal. As a caring contractor I tried to be easy going with these countertop people, but they abused of that and charged me $1,800 for the mistakes they made because they insisted it was my fault. To which I agreed to pay but they made so many damages to the island and it was necessary for me to have to REDO my job again with the cost of $675. When I gave the invoice to the GM, they made me feel as if I was trying to take advantage of the situation, I felt disrespected and unheard as they were not listening to my side. Then after all of that they were only going to offer to give me $300 as if it was a favor that they were doing for me when it was their responsibility for all of the damage. I have been extremely impressed with Rocktops each time I've dealt with them. Service is professional, well done, and timely. Highly recommend!
