Our sales rep (Lisa) was extremely knowledgeable and was instrumental in providing the best solution for a very specific custom item that we needed for our business. She was highly collaborative when determining a design concept, and was then able to translate our needs to the engineers to ensure the best solution. She was also able to anticipate additional considerations that would only come with her attention to detail and overall experience. It was a complicated design - it needed wide but shallow drawers to house delicate works of art on paper (which provided a structural challenge), and also needed additional storage and functionality. All of this needed to be achieved in an understated yet high quality design appropriate for a gallery setting. The final design achieved all objectives. Prior to install we made a change to the location within the gallery and Lisa worked with us to run all scenarios and measurements to ensure that it would work in the new location. The install team was equally as thorough, they had to troubleshoot at certain moments and were extremely adept at careful installation.

We turned an extra bedroom into a master closet. Lisa Fraser was my designer and she was amazing!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with!! Will be recommending her to anyone that is interested in a new closet!! The installation crew was also top of the line, Jim M and Dan R were polite and very professional. The whole experience was outstanding!!!

We worked with Guy .He does an amazing job ! Would definitely recommend to anyone .The in-house estimate is free .Then the person can decide if they want to get the work done. To save time ,I would recommend telling the person the budget in mind .The sales person would work with you keeping the budget in mind . Update about the install :A person is required to be home at the time of install .To install a simple mud room ,we were told the job will be done in a day .After 6 long hours ,the job was incomplete .We scheduled for another day (We work full time ) .The person worked on the project and said something else is missing and now we have to re-schedule for a 3rd day .All this hazzle for a mud room .Seriously ? We love California closets but this kind of hazzle is not expected for the price we pay .They need to work with their suppliers and complete the job at the right time .

Had a custom closet made for our master bedroom. We absolutely loved the shoe storage display and amount of room we gained with the design plan. There were a few issues getting the install scheduled, but it was due to conflicting schedules which eventually worked out. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

California Closets created a custom built-in unit for our home office. Everything from customer service, installation to completed product far exceeded our expectations. The floor to ceiling unit has definitely increased the value of our home.

"Well, the price wasn't as expensive as I thought, especially after comparing it with the DIY kits sold at Home Depot and Lowes. However, the customer service was superb. The designer was knowledgeable, not pushy and experienced. The installer, was courteous and organized. It didn't take him long to install my closets and he didn't leave a mess.
