George Town is considered the third oldest city in Australia. While it is a small town located on the Northern edge of Tasmania facing the Bass Strait, it was exciting for ArchIdea to design a sustainable Multi Residential development in the local area. The complexity of the site required from us a design solution which takes into account bushfire prone area, abutting Crown land, and local density requirements. SHADOWCLAD® is used as the primary material for these 4 dwellings due to its sustainable qualities and suitability for the Bushfire zone.
