Shea Homes CharlotteIntroducing the Courtyard Collection at Sonoma, located near Ballantyne in Charlotte. These 51 single-family homes are situated with a unique twist, and are ideal for people looking for the lifestyle of a townhouse or condo, without shared walls. Lawn maintenance is included! All homes include kitchens with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, plus attached 2-car garages. Our 3 model homes are open daily! Schools are Elon Park Elementary, Community House Middle, Ardrey Kell High. The Hanna is a 2-story home which has everything you need on the first floor, including a Kitchen with an island and separate pantry, open Family/Dining room with an optional Fireplace, and the laundry room tucked away. Upstairs is a spacious Owner's Suite with large walk-in closet, double sinks, garden tub and separate large shower. You may change this to include a large tiled walk-in shower with bench seat and separate linen closet. There are also 3 secondary bedrooms with a full bath with double sinks.
Kitchen Design ConceptsBlack and white can never make a comeback, because it's always around. Such a classic combo that never gets old and we had lots of fun creating a fun and functional space in this jack and jill bathroom. Used by one of the client's sons as well as being the bathroom for overnight guests, this space needed to not only have enough foot space for two, but be "cool" enough for a teenage boy to appreciate and show off to his friends.
The vanity cabinet is a freestanding unit from WW Woods Shiloh collection in their Black paint color. A simple inset door style - Aspen - keeps it looking clean while really making it a furniture look. All of the tile is marble and sourced from Daltile, in Carrara White and Nero Marquina (black). The accent wall is the 6" hex black/white blend. All of the plumbing fixtures and hardware are from the Brizo Litze collection in a Luxe Gold finish. Countertop is Caesarstone Blizzard 3cm quartz.
Cathie Hong InteriorsThis young married couple enlisted our help to update their recently purchased condo into a brighter, open space that reflected their taste. They traveled to Copenhagen at the onset of their trip, and that trip largely influenced the design direction of their home, from the herringbone floors to the Copenhagen-based kitchen cabinetry. We blended their love of European interiors with their Asian heritage and created a soft, minimalist, cozy interior with an emphasis on clean lines and muted palettes.

A small bathroom can still be stunning! It is all in the details. This vanity features curved mullions, framed mirror with integrated sconces, furniture base toe kick and contrasting colors to really make it pop.
Amy Pearson DesignRelocating to Portland, Oregon from California, this young family immediately hired Amy to redesign their newly purchased home to better fit their needs. The project included updating the kitchen, hall bath, and adding an en suite to their master bedroom. Removing a wall between the kitchen and dining allowed for additional counter space and storage along with improved traffic flow and increased natural light to the heart of the home. This galley style kitchen is focused on efficiency and functionality through custom cabinets with a pantry boasting drawer storage topped with quartz slab for durability, pull-out storage accessories throughout, deep drawers, and a quartz topped coffee bar/ buffet facing the dining area. The master bath and hall bath were born out of a single bath and a closet. While modest in size, the bathrooms are filled with functionality and colorful design elements. Durable hex shaped porcelain tiles compliment the blue vanities topped with white quartz countertops. The shower and tub are both tiled in handmade ceramic tiles, bringing much needed texture and movement of light to the space. The hall bath is outfitted with a toe-kick pull-out step for the family’s youngest member!
Muse ResidentialIn this farmhouse inspired bathroom there are four different patterns in just this one shot. The key to it all working is color! Using the same colors in all four, makes this bath look cohesive and fun, without being too busy. The gold in the accent tile ties in with the gold in the wallpaper, and the white ties all four together. By keeping a neutral gray on the wall and vanity, the eye has time to rest making this bath a real stunner!

Gardner/Fox Associates, IncAfter renovating their neutrally styled master bath Gardner/Fox helped their clients create this farmhouse-inspired master bathroom, with subtle modern undertones. The original room was dominated by a seldom-used soaking tub and shower stall. Now, the master bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower, custom walnut double vanity, make-up vanity, linen storage, and a private toilet room.

The Kitchen Design CenterA fresh new look to a small powder bath. Our client wanted her glass dolphin to be highlighted in the room. Changing the plumbing wall was necessary to eliminate the sliding shower door.
Anchor BuildersThis remodel went from a tiny story-and-a-half Cape Cod, to a charming full two-story home. The Master Bathroom has a custom built double vanity with plenty of built-in storage between the sinks and in the recessed medicine cabinet. The walls are done in a Sherwin Williams wallpaper from the Come Home to People's Choice Black & White collection, number 491-2670. The custom vanity is Benjamin Moore in Simply White OC-117, with a Bianco Cararra marble top. Both the shower and floor of this bathroom are tiled in Hampton Carrara marble.
