Flagstone Patio and Fireplace
We graded the hilly backyard of this Arlington home to support the new flagstone patio with square cut stones on the diagonal with irregular cut stone as a border.
The recessed stone back drop gives a custom touch to the fieldstone firepit. The stone retaining wall uses Shenandoah fieldstone on the visible faces and concrete block with a parged finish on outward sides.

I like the half wall and paver stones on the ground. Nice seating area.
