Completed on a small budget and set within the tight confines of an urban plot in the Preston Park Conservation area this new-build 3 bedroom house delivers exemplary sustainability credentials whilst meeting the design aspirations of its owners. The building was the first private dwelling to achieve code for sustainable homes level 5 in Brighton and Hove. The intended finished result was a light and airy home which integrates itself into the site, both physically and through the use of contextually appropriate materials.
