Gunite Swimming Pool build by Gappsi in Roslyn Heights NY
Gappsi installed this gunite pool in Roslyn Heights Nassau county on Long Island. That is 25x60 with an elevated spa that spills over into the pool on all four sides. You have a step down to the sundeck area with 12 inches of water on the sundeck for people to put chairs, then they can enter the spa. Then we have steps to go to the shallow area of the pool with a bench in front of the spa. The deepest part of the pool is just 5ft. It's going to be a walkable pool. In the back we have a raised area with sheer descends coming out of it. We are going to start filling in the pool tomorrow with water after we acid wash it. We are using Tahoe-blue diamond bright as a finish for the pool shell, Indiana limestone for the coping and the spa and six inches waterline porcelain tiles under the coping. The guys are finishing smoothing out the last details. We put an inlay of tiles with the design of dolphins swimming around a ball. This is gappsi's latest project about to be finished.
