Dining rooms are often the most under-utilized room in the house. After all, life moves so quickly; who has time to sit and eat with friends and family? When DesignWorks Owner Kristin Johnson downsized from her house into a condo a few years ago, she spent a great deal of time considering how she intended to use the space. As a small business owner and interior designer, she knew she needed ample space for her files, product books, samples, and a large table to spread projects out on. She also wanted a proper space for entertaining and the ability to put work away at the end of the day.
