Keller mit Laminat und verputzter Kaminumrandung Ideen und Design

Keller können auf vielfältige Art genutzt werden. Oft wird der Kellerraum als Abstell- und Lagerraum verwendet, bis sich beim Renovieren die Frage stellt, wie man den eigenen Keller ausbauen und einrichten soll. Partykeller, Proberaum oder Gästezimmer – es gibt unzählige Wohnideen, wie Sie im Untergeschoss einen Wohnkeller oder einen Hobbyraum gestalten. Vom Aufstellen einer Tischtennisplatte bis zum Einbau einer Sauna gibt es viele Ideen für das Souterrain. Mit der entsprechenden Einrichtung erweisen sich Keller als multifunktionale Allzweckräume für Ihre Hobbys und Freizeitvergnügen. Wie kann ich Keller einrichten und gestalten?

Von Fitnessgeräten bis zum zusätzlichen Wohnzimmer: im Keller ist häufig Platz für alle möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten. Ein Souterrain oder Tiefparterre mit Fesntern eignet sich zum Wohnen und Arbeiten. Vielleicht sind bereits ein paar Regale installiert, um zusätzlich Stauraum zu schaffen. Bevor Sie Ihren Kellerraum ausbauen, sollten Sie die räumlichen Gegebenheiten überprüfen. Wohnkeller, Hobbykeller oder Billardraum – die Art der Nutzung entscheidet über die weitere Kellergestaltung. Bevor Sie ein Gästezimmer, einen Fitnessraum oder ein Büro im Keller einrichten, sind folgende Fragen wichtig: verfügt der Keller über eine ausreichende Größe und Mindesthöhe? Sind Heizung und Belüftung vorhanden? Gibt es Tageslicht sowie Anschlüsse für Wasser und Elektrizität? Wenn diese Fragen geklärt sind, können Sie nach Ideen suchen, wie Sie Ihren Keller gestalten.

Wohnkeller einrichten: Was muss ich beachten?

Vor dem Sanieren oder Renovieren verfügen die meisten Kellerräume nur über einen Betonboden und karge Wände. Dies lässt viel Freiraum bei der Gestaltung, erfordert aber ein Gesamtkonzept mit Ideen für die Kellereinrichtung. Wird zusätzlicher Wohnraum benötigt, kann sich der Ausbau einer Wohnung im Keller lohnen. Für den Ausbau gibt es bauliche Vorschriften: Als Mindestraumhöhe für Souterrain-Wohnungen oder Wohnkeller gelten 2,30m. Für eine wohnliche Atmosphäre und bessere akustische Verhältnisse kann man die Wände mit Holz verkleiden und Teppich auslegen. Wenn Sie Ihren Keller renovieren, sorgen helle, freundliche Wandfarben für eine positive Raumwirkung. Falls keine Fenster vorhanden sind, braucht es eine angenehme und nicht zu grelle Beleuchtung, die fehlendes Tageslicht kompensiert.

Spiele, Spaß und Spannung: ein Hobbykeller

Natürlich lässt sich ein Hobbyraum nicht nur im Keller einrichten, doch Fitnessgeräte oder eine Hausbar sind oft nur schwer in ein weiteres Zimmer zu integrieren. Darüber hinaus ist es in puncto Hobbykeller-Einrichtung mit einem Billardtisch oder einer Tischtennisplatte nicht getan. Besonders lohnend ist das Einrichten eines Hobbyraums im Keller, wenn der neue Raum verschiedene Aktivitäten zulässt: eine an der Wand montierte Sprossenwand und ein Crosstrainer sorgen für sportliche Betätigung, während Billardtisch, Tischtennisplatte oder ein Tischkicker für gesellige Unterhaltung im Hobbyraum sorgen.

Hobbyraum als Partykeller einrichten

Wenn Sie zuhause gerne mit Freunden feiern, können Sie eine Kellerbar gestalten. Ob runder Geburtstag oder Wochenendsause – mit einem Partykeller hat man immer einen Grund um zu feiern. Hier sind Sie Gastgeber, Barkeeper, Türsteher und DJ. Zu den beliebtesten Ideen für den Partykeller zählen eine Musikanlage sowie eine Theke mit Bar und Hockern. Für die Einrichtung müssen jedoch die entsprechenden Anschlüsse im Keller vorhanden sein. In einem Hobbyraum in dem sich viele Personen aufhalten und eventuell sogar geraucht wird, sollten Sie sich über die Belüftung Gedanken machen. Ob Videospiele-Abend, Jamsessions, Karaoke oder Sportübertragungen: passen Sie die Einrichtung und Ihre Partykeller-Deko der jeweiligen Nutzung an.
