The new layout of this amber bamboo kitchen transformed the space and doubled the storage capacity. The glass panels behind the cooktop are not only easy to clean, but also slide to allow additional storage space for glassware, oils, and spices. The back panel of these shallow boxes is wrapped in Japanese paper and the box that housed the hood is lacquered — an interesting use of materials for this modern kitchen.
