New Bathroom in the Attic Space
The overhead is a fur-out; some main water feeder pipes could not be moved, so we incorporated it into the lighting fixture, trim, and the mirror. We could have just frame up another partition wall against the gable wall and not had the fur-out. However, as the owner would tell us “every inch counts” for the floor living space. It all worked out great.
