Roof Deck
This roof deck was added to a 115 year old Capitol Hill mansion. Since the house is in a historic district, modifications couldn't be visible from the street or needed to appear original to the home. The previous sloping roof was replaced by the current social space as well as energy saving insulation underneath the deck. The deck takes advantage of the beautiful views and allows the homeowners to get the most out of their location.
