Staged to Sell - Empty Property - Gilmorton
An empty 4 bedroom character property in the charming village of Gilmorton, Leicestershire which had been previously marketed with some mismatched pieces of furniture in some rooms and in need of some much needed TLC.
We project managed decoration of some of the spaces along with an upcycle of the kitchen tiles as they made the room seem dark and dated.
After works were completed we staged the property with an older family in mind but were mindful to reflect the character of the property in the dressings and styling along with defining a purpose for each space as the property had multiple reception rooms.
After being marketed for over 8 months with no sale pre-staging, we were delighted that just 5 weeks after staging our clients secured a sale.
