Updated Kitchen
This is an update of a 1950’s kitchen, featuring arts and crafts sleek cabinet design in stained maple, and a mix of glass and stainless steel backsplash featuring the area behind the stove as a solid piece of etched stainless steel. The range hood is also a mixture of glass and stainless steel. We took the wall down between kitchen and dining room to create a modern great room feel, and added a work station to a previously unused cubby area. The two tiered peninsula, with hanging pendant lights, was expanded and angled to maximize the space in the work area, and also affords extra seating.
