I've had lots of work done on my house over the years but this was the best experience I've had hiring someone. The original quote I got was fair and the person who did the work was professional and courteous. He took a look at the roof before beginning the actual work to let me know about loose tiles, holes in the roof, and loose flashing he saw. He took pictures to show me what each problem looked like. He offered to fix them all for a small fee. He then began cleaning all the moss and debris off my roof. It looks nicer than when I bought the house. After that he cleaned the siding of the whole house. Nothing was left on the ground after the job was done either and the yard looked better than when he got there. These guys are amazing. I asked to have my roof soft washed and treated for moss. I got all of that plus an amazing roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, patio roof cleaned and washed, patio blown off, driveway washed with pressure hose and soap, siding cleaned after roof cleaning and mess cleaned up. I never expected Darryl to be so thorough. This day and age, you don't always expect to get someone that takes so much pride in their work. I will be Moss Busters exclusively and annually. Moss Busters is a very professional company in which we have entrusted our roof care and maintenance. True to their name their efforts have been the reason that our roof has been moss free for over three years. Specifically, they provide an inexpensive roof treatment, guaranteed to prevent moss growth for two years, that has for us been effective in all respects. I've been so impressed with their work I have highly recommended them to my neighbors and they have been satisfied as well.

Moss Busters were easy to contact with a quick response and turn around time. From the moment I called them, they were professional and easy to work with. They came out the next day to give me a bid on my project and we were able to schedule service within a week. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and did a great job on our gutters and roof. In addition, their clean up job was awesome. I've hired other contractors who did not clean off walkways, yard and driveway after they tossed debris from my gutters. I was having a hard time finding a moss removal company that could take handle my super steep roof in NE Portland. The Moss Busters crew of 2 came and took care of removing the old moss, treating for future moss, cleaned my gutters and took care of all of the debris. My roof looks amazing and I can't recommend Moss Busters enough. Another big plus was how organized and efficient the office is. Timely responses with accurate information broken down into understandable estimates wins the day. I hired them to do my yearly moss maintenance and gutter cleaning based on this job.

Moss Busters did an excellent job, they have excellent customer service the guys talked to me all day long if there were issues which I appreciated and gave me advice as to what other things needed to be done and I had them fix it I will definitely use them again in 2 years

Moss Busters was recommended to me by my sister. I subsequently looked them up on Angie's List where I found they have great ratings. I called them to set up a quote, and they sent someone out that evening who gave me a reasonable quote right away for the cleaning of my roof and gutters. I set up the appointment for two days later, and the team arrived on time and ready to work despite the high August heat. They wore special boots to avoid damage to the roof, and worked quickly on a big project. They found damage to some vents and repaired these after gaining my permission. They were courteous, hard-working, and did an excellent job. The cost of repairs as well as cleaning and then treating the roof came to a bit over $600. I would recommend them to anyone.
