Adair is a wonderful person with whom to work. She is very talented, with great ideas and suggestions, all while taking the client's needs and wants into consideration. I would highly recommend her!

I have worked with Ambiance By Adair for two large projects. The first project was in 2019, which was a large kitchen/living room remodel. The design that Adair recommended/completed for this project was amazing and increased the value of our home significantly! In 2023, we decided to downsize and purchased a home that need a total renovation inside and out. We contacted Adair immediately and she began working her magic! She recommended that we create an opening from the living room to the kitchen that I would never have thought of, and it created a flow to the home that makes sense and opened the space. Her ability to look at my inspiration pictures, add her design magic, and create my dream house is amazing! If you are considering using a designer for your renovation (which I highly recommend), Adair is the Designer for you!!

Knowing my decoration limitations and difficulty choosing paint colors, I needed help. Adair came to my rescue. After our first meeting, I knew she was the perfect fit to help us transform our home. We wanted to create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere for us and our guests. Adair provided her colorization expertise for all areas of our home, enhancing each room with light fixtures, rugs, artwork, plants, and other accessories to create a natural inviting flow throughout each space. She also provided space planning for our living room and helped us to purchase two new chairs. I love Adair’s natural inclinations, confidence, and flexibility, all without judgement. Utilizing Ambiance by Adair services was certainly the best answer for our decorating needs.

Adair has been so instrumental helping me figure out the function and form of my big open room in our new house. We essentially started as a blank slate and from there were able to find the purpose for different areas which included paint colors, molding, area rugs and furniture placement Adairs vision along with my input has transformed my first floor to a dream vision and has such a cosy vibe that everyone who comes into the space are wowed by the final project. She is , in my opinion, one of the greatest designers I have ever used and I am in love with my design! She just gets it and fully captures the vision of what you want!

The scope of our project was the main areas of the first floor - foyer, sitting room, stairway, dining room, family room, dinette, and kitchen. The main upgrades were: new furniture in the family room and dinette, new area rugs, new dry bar area, new 'TV Wall" feature, water fountain, cabinets, etc. Throughout the process Adair has been excellent to work with. She understands the different style and tastes of my wife and I, and then creates a unique design (with options), that fits our lifestyle, budget and timeline AND that both of us like. (that wasn't an easy task) We chose to have Adair involved in all phases - design, choosing of materials and contractor, purchasing furniture, and overseeing the contractor's work. Sometimes she would point us in the right direction and we'd purchase items that fit the design, other times we would shop together. Throughout the process she was the one ensuring everything blended and flowed from room to room. Adair is professional, knowledgeable, creative, well connected, and she is fun and very enjoyable to work with!

I was referred to Adair from a friend of mine. The entire process was seamless and quick. She is professional, LISTENS(very important), friendly, funny, and got the job done for us in under a month. We needed direction on floor planning and décor for our 1200ft mancave/guest overflow space. She incorporated exactly what we wanted in our spaces and delivered a great presentation complimenting both of our styles including a lighting plan. She didn't run us up a huge bill either(very important for those on a budget). We will continue to utilize the talented Adair for additional home improvements. Thank you again Adair!

Adair, is the best! Both professional and upbeat, Adair can walk into a room and see a beautiful plan. We first met Adair when our realtor suggested we stage a home for sale. After we estimates, we choose Adair (sight unseen) because of her creative proposal. Our home sold in 4 days, settled in a month and we contracted Adair for our mother’s personal apartment attached to our home. Adair took a sweet space and freshened the look with momentos from our mother and new design pieces. Now our guests and family have a lovely updated apartment that honors Mom and is comfortable for them.

Adair helped me rethink my living room, making the space more welcoming and gracious just by moving the furniture around and bringing in some elements from other parts of the house. Her vision and expertise were invaluable!

Making the decision to work with Adair has been one the best decisions I made as we began rebuilding our home following a fire in July of 2015. We hired Adair to evaluate the use of the existing living space in our house. We had just bought the house and knew the existing space could be better utilized. Adair met us at the house and listened intently to our thoughts and needs. She took measurements and then met us a couple of weeks later to share her vision. WOW, she did an extraordinary job at designing the space around what we had shared with her. Then on the spot, with some minor tweaking, we got the dream layout for our new space. Adair Witmer is the best interior design professional I have ever encountered. She has a wonderful eye for style coupled with an intuitive understanding of what her clients want. Collaborating with Adair on our kitchen project was very rewarding as the end product was a beautiful kitchen space that has become a focal point of the house!

I've known Adair for multiple years now... she's done some important consulting work for clients of mine. Her design skills are very impressive and few people put such thought and passion into their projects. She is not happy unless her client is happy. Her skills are high but at the end of the day, character counts even more, and I'd give her an A+ for this.

Adair staged my living room, all in a matter of 2 hours by simply changing furniture placement and angling each piece of furniture in a way that is so inviting and comfortable. She has a talent to use accessories in a way that is useful, not just decorative. I am so very pleased with the results. I didn't know how to move forward after painting my living room and how to incorporate color and texture. Adair did that. She is knowledgeable, attuned to your needs and loves what she does. She also took me on a shopping spree at Home Goods just to be more confident with how to complete a room. So, the learning went beyond my home. I am so grateful for her help! I know she will be there for my next challenge, as I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
