ADL Floors did a terrific job on our hardwood floors! I definitely recommend working with them. Our project: They ripped out the carpet we had upstairs and replaced it with hardwood; they perfectly matched the wood type and plank dimensions of the existing hardwood we have downstairs. We also had them sand and stain the floors downstairs so that all the hardwood would be visually consistent. Most importantly, they were able to execute a complicated floor pattern that was designed by an interior architect. We have a room in our house that is octagon shaped, and we wanted the wooden planks to follow the shape of the room. This required planning, and precise measuring and cutting; as you can see from the attached photo, they executed it very well! Thank you to Dinu and his team for A+ work!

I called Dinu 2 weeks before I was starting paint and trim in my living room. In between his busy schedule he was still able to stop by, give me a quote, and start work the following Monday. Him and his crew were easy to work with and did an excellent job! I had a 15 foot long indent on my hardwood, perpendicular to the direction the oak flooring is laid, where someone in the past must have pulled furniture across the floor. I was so happy to see they were able to take the time to make sure it was sanded out. The floor looks brand new again! I talked with Dinu about what I wanted as a sealer and finish and on my floor he used Bona Classic Seal and Bona Traffic HD in Matte for the finish.

ADL floors helped me stain and refinish my floors. We had a challenge of three different kinds of wood and an unusual reaction to the finish. They helped me pick out the best stain color/blend to make the species match as best as it could and made sure the finish was perfect. I appreciated their collaboration on the project to get it done right.

ADL did a great job! I was so happy that they were ready to do the work on my schedule. We were moving into a new place and ADL worked around our move-in/move-out schedule to have the floors installed and ready for us with great timing. We absolutely love our new floors, they worked with us to get the color and finish just right. The crew was very polite and professional, I would absolutely hire them again to do more work at my home.

Extremely wonderful company! Our hardwood floors went from being dull and damaged to looking brand new! So pleased with the work. The crew was also very professional, on-time, and efficient.

Dinu and his crew did an amazing job refinishing my white oak flooring. Dinu met with me and gave me advice not just based on how the floors would look, but how they would wear and how my family -- including dogs -- would be best served. He taught me about the differences between finish types, how long I would have to keep the dogs outside, how their scratches might be best hidden, and so forth. Dinu was able to accommodate my timeline and finished right on schedule. The floors look great now - thank you very much, Dinu!

Highly recommended! Dinu was very easy to work with and very responsive. He was able to achieve the color that we wanted. Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied. We are so happy with our new hardwood floors.

One of the best around great seattle area, probably also one of the cheapest. We were stuck in 520 bridge when Dinu came for the quote. He waited outside for 2 hours. Different from other contractors just come and measure and gone, he was very patient explaining to us his plan. We did one floor for prefinished hardwood and one basement for vinyl floor. People in his team are very polite. They ask for permission for everything and they clean up everything everyday before they leave. Dinu was there a few days to supervise and work on some area which is more tricky. We are satisfied with the result. The subfloor of basement is carefully prepared using concrete/sement and all base molding gaps are caulked carefully. The stairs are beautiful and they also took care of the rounded corner flawlessly.

We absolutely love our floors; we were told several times that we will not be able to achieve getting what we want without replacing our hardwood floors . Instead of replacing we were able to have them refinished and achieve our goals !

Five stars all around. From the very beginning of the process, ADL floors impressed us. We had a handful of flooring companies come to our house to provide us with bids to remove carpet and install hardwoods in every room of our 2800 sq foot home. Dinu made an impression immediately, as he was very fast to respond to our inquiry, came by the house the next day, and was very efficient with taking the measurements and providing the quote. The other companies took way longer to measure and provide pricing (one company even failed to even email me their quote, another company’s sales rep spent nearly 4 hours during the consultation!). So, we knew we had to hire Dinu! His team started immediately after we signed the agreement and did a fantastic job. They were quick, too! Dinu was super responsive throughout out the whole process, which was incredibly helpful as this was our first time going through major house renovations. There were a few minor things we noticed, but Dinu was prompt to handle them. We would recommend Dinu in a heartbeat! He is the best in the business!

High quality work and great service. True craftsmanship and my floors are beautiful. Dinu knows his business. He gave me great advice on color and knew the limits of what he could successfully do.
