My husband and I hired AEH Builders to partially renovate a penthouse we purchased as our primary residence. The project was a bit more complex because not only were we living out of state, but the residence is near the top of a high-rise and required the knowledge and compliance of multiple building and HOA codes. From our first point of contact, AEH provided exceptional communication and a fast response time. The AEH team worked with our schedule for appointments, recommended vendors and specific materials to best meet our specific needs, and provided financial alternatives to reach a feasible budget. While in progress, the project manager regularly communicated the status to date and also consulted with every question that arose to ensure our aesthetic vision was met and the installation was of the highest standards. The job remained on budget and the quality of work was exceptional. We will be using AEH in the future.

Lance over saw the remodel of our investment property, which included removing old light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, door and bathroom hardware and installing new replacements. He coordinated painting of all walls, ceilings, doors and trim, as well as the receipt and installation of new kitchen and laundry room appliances. He also helped with staging the home for sale, including picking up and assembling furniture, hanging mirrors, etc. Lance was professional, reliable, pleasant to deal with and patient when my time frame got bumped because of issues on my end. I would happily recommend Lance and would definitely use him again in the future.
