Alan Clark Architects, LLC is a small architectural design firm based in Atlanta Georgia. We enjoy working with clients and builders on high end renovations, new home designs and small commercial projects all over Atlanta and beyond. Alan is a sixth-generation Georgian who continues his family’s commitment to quality construction dating back more than a century. His architectural body of work includes significant experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality design as a project architect with award-winning firms in Atlanta and Dallas, Texas. Approaching new jobs with a respect for history and contextualism, Alan believes that good architecture represents a response to a set of challenges that satisfy the client’s needs, budget and taste. Managing his own architectural firm since 2011, Alan has been a licensed architect for almost 8 years. Alan Phillip Clark, AIA is a licensed architect in the states of Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.

We were thrilled with our kitchen renovation project. The design better than we could have ever imagined. They were thoughtful, attentive, creative, and professional at every turn.

Alan helped us transform our home, designing an entirely new kitchen, new first floor layout and master suite with accessible bath. Our formerly awkward hallway became a graceful walk-through archway which opens to elegant entertaining spaces. Alan re-configured our home's exterior entryways and provided guidance for selecting historically-appropriate exterior siding. Alan's thoughtful designs helped us create the home we wanted. Our whole family loves our house now and guests compliment us every time they visit. I highly recommend Alan Clark.

Alan redesigned our porch and front door entrance to our house and we could not be happier with the results. Several people in our neighborhood have copied our design and we still receive compliments. Alan listened to our ideas and was very open to working with us in all aspects of our project.

Without adding any square footage, Alan transformed our seemingly small kitchen into a highly functional and beautiful space that can easily accommodate four cooks and a couple of onlookers. My husband and I had discussed alternative floor plans for months and months but never thought of the innovative approach Alan proposed. We could not be happier -- the final product far exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to work with Alan again on our next renovation project!
