So happy with our new blinds! The blinds themselves are very nice, high quality and installed well. I am especially grateful for Elizabeth Sutton who helped us pick out the color and style. Had we done it ourselves we would have ended up with a lighter blind than we would have wanted. The technician who came to install the blinds was also very nice, knew what he was doing and was in and out quick.

Elizabeth was great. Usually I am underwhelmed by people in this business...trying to "make the sale," but Elizabeth was straight forward and honest. She helped with my choices and gave me the pros and cons about her product which helped me know what I would be dealing with. Prices were reasonable, installation was efficient, and product seems quality.

After 24 + years we decided that it was time to replace the plantation shutters in our living room and entry way. We contacted Elizabeth at Aldens Carpet and Drapes, our go to business for floor and window covering, and scheduled an in home consultation. After looking at multiple samples and discussing our options, we decided on a Hunter Douglass design. A week an a half later our new shutters were installed. The only word to describe this process is "outstanding." Elizabeth has a great eye for design and her recommendations were spot on. Installation took three hours, and installer Mike Ward was great.
