All City Windows and Doors

Just got done with installing 21 windows, 2 sliding doors, and 1 interior door in my house. I got about 4 quotes and All City was the only one who was willing to really work with me and my budget. Jacob came out to do the estimate- he was on time, professional, and explained the process thoroughly. Ezra (the owner), came out to do the final contract. Once again, very professional and knowledgeable. Wilfredo and his team installed everything over the course of 1 1/2 days. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. After the project was complete, Ezra even called to follow up with me to see if I was satisfied with the work done. I am extremely satisfied with All City Windows. This company offers the small business feel to windows. I got 3 windows and a sliding glass door installed a few months ago. They offer a great product and i am happy with the noise reduction and aesthetic appeal of these windows. Communication was great with the owners and employees. They came and gave me an estimate for what i wanted, and they came back significantly cheaper than other places i looked at. This is the company my neighbors in my HOA got their work done with, and they all had good things to say about them, so i went with them as well. They kept me posted on the progress the entire step of the way, and there was always someone there to answer my question over phone or email. The windows are custom, so its standard that they would ask for a deposit, then the balance upon completion of the work. Well, they stood out in the way they handled an incident during installation. Unfortunately, one of my windows arrived broken (the outside pane of a double pane window), accidents happen, and these are custom, so they cant simply swap it out for another one on the spot. They let me know the situation and were extremely apologetic. We agreed that they would install it as is for the time being (since it was only one pane of broken glass), and they would accept full payment upon repair. I though that this was fair, and went ahead with this. Within a few days, the repair was complete. They communicated with me the entire time, and i got the feeling that they would do more to have resolved the issue if needed. Overall, i'd do business with them again, and am happy with my windows and service i received.

They helped me level the master bedroom, put in new floors and expand the master bathroom. Full bathroom demo. Everyone worked really hard on the project and the end result is wonderful. Highly recommend.

I just had 16 windows installed. Ezra and his team were outstanding. I am very happy with the quality of work and also the workers who came to my house were very polite and respectful. My windows look beautiful and I definitely will be using this company again. Also the office workers were very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
