My husband and I set out to do a gut renovation on our forever home that we purchased in 2022. We met with several architects and design teams, even a well known HGTV designer. Marcos and the Alloi team were easily the best choice. From our initial meeting to the final review it was clear that Marcos is a true visionary and passionate about his work. We had ideas about how we wanted our home to look and feel and Marcos delivered on every detail and even added enhancements that we hadn't thought of. The final design is breathtaking and we are beyond delighted. Marcos and the Alloi team are delightful to work with. We found them to be honest, communicative, and professional. We've enjoyed the process so much that we've started our second project with them.

Marcos and the Alloi team are truly a cut above the rest. I had met with a number of architects and contractors regarding my home remodel before I found Alloi. From the first meeting, I knew that I finally found an architect that understood my needs and the aesthetic I was looking for. I was not wrong. I could not be more thrilled with the results of the concept study. Marcos and team embraced the challenge, actively listened to all my feedback, and delivered a beautiful design concept. They had such creative ideas to so many of the idiosyncrasies of the house. I was blown away. I highly recommend Marcos and team. You will not be disappointed with their creativity and professionalism. And you will have a home that is truly unique and fits your needs/lifestyle.

What an incredible uniquely personal experience Marcos and the Alloi team gave us as we embarked on our adventure putting a master plan together for our home. They were very thorough paid close attention to details and really listened to what our needs were, which reflected with each iteration. They really took the master plan to a level we never could have imagined. We very much appreciated the step by step hand holding and the touch points as well as giving us some time to really think about the direction. Their patience along with all the creative ideas made it a truly remarkable experience. I can’t wait until we start moving forward with the construction.

Marcos from Alloi Architecture built my house from ground up and I'm so grateful to have worked with him as everything went as planned - Marcos is very professional, he listens and he is easy to get along with - the team of professionals his company employs are just as great. I would definitely work with Marcos again and I recommend him to anyone who wants to build a quality project and is looking for a professional.

Marcos and his team at Alloi have been great to work with on my home remodel. Marcos' training and expertise in both architectural design and construction is unique and can guide a project in detail from the design phase to construction to ensure the integration of both with fluidity and consistent oversight from the design to the build phase. Marcos and his team are trustworthy and instill confidence in the process with their expertise and diligence; they are efficient and detail oriented, staying on target with the timeline set. Marcos is extremely mindful of the client's budget and explicit about what the possibilities are for the project, and he conveys this to the client clearly at the start so the client knows what to expect. Great observation, communication, and listening skills are also assets of Marcos and his team!

I went through both architecture and construction with Alloi. I have heard many horror renovation stories and mine was the opposite, I would recommend Alloi to others. I feel really good about the whole process and the house is beautiful! The design process was exciting; the Alloi Team worked hard to surprise me and present unique, custom ideas for my project. They also made it easy to stop by for meetings or quick discussions and I felt welcome to contribute and my personal touch. I let them know what I needed for each room and what they put forward was really beautiful and took advantage of the features of property and was on budget. During construction Alloi managed the city approvals and the bidding process, as well as the selection and management of contractors. The team worked carefully, with a focus on my needs and meeting the original design intent and budget. There were a very small number of minor defects post completion and they were handled quickly.

Let me start by saying our project is a complicated one. Alloi joined partway through the process and wasted no time cutting away the vines to reveal the real issues that needed to be addressed to get this stalled project moving again. They developed and implemented a practical plan and in some cases, provided some very creative and out of the box solutions. Would work with them again.
