I used AMC local garage door repair to fix a broken torsion spring o my existing door. When I called for service, I got a helpful rep that set up the 2-hour appt window. Frederick arrived on time within the 2-hour and got to work. My door opener setup a bit non-standard. Frederick gave me some options on how to best address the broken spring and some other structural issues with the door. They did the work quickly and with quality.

He even charged me less than his original estimate, after he realized that my garage door is old and didn't require an elaborate fix. I called to replace broken garage door springs and he offered to come out the same day anytime. I scheduled the work the same evening that I called and he arrived with the parts already in hand ready to complete the job. The springs were replaced quickly and correctly and he seemed to have a lot of knowledge and his work was quality.
