I was scared to have someone come in and do carpet for me. After talking to Shannon at America’s floor source I felt much better. The installers were also very and very quick. They also cleaned up everything. I will use them again.

We are in the midst of building a custom home and ordered Carrera marble for our shower from America Floor Source (along with all of the tile in the house). We have built before with natural stone and understand that tiles vary, but what they provided was so bad a portion was unusable. We asked them to remove some of the very dark tiles and replace before grouting the shower. They have fought our builder for over a month and instead of replacing some of the darkest tile with available tiles, which we asked them to do repeatedly they instead grouted against our builder and our wishes so now the entire shower has to be ripped out. Cheap, cheap, cheap and terrible customer service

We are a flooring contractor who buys product through the wholesale department. We work directly with Tiffany Sealscott. Tiffany is always a pleasure to deal with and always knows her products. She makes it very easy to place our orders and help in anyway she can everyday. Which I know can be difficult at times cause she's a very busy person. Yet she always seems to keep her smile, friendly attitude and goes the extra mile. The whole company could take a few lessons from her..........

They are doing a remarkable job! Justin and his crew exceeded our expectations. They pay attention to every detail. They never take any shortcuts. The wood floors look stunning and we are not even done with the install! We can not wait till it is all completed. The experience has been very pleasant.
