Atlanta Curb Appeal just completed redoing our three small bathrooms upstairs. We were extremely impressed with them. They were timely, considerate, addressed all issues that arose and their communications were excellent. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend them.

We recently had Atlanta Curb Appeal do a few smaller projects for us (guest bedroom, guest bath, and powder room). We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and effort to make our spaces functional and aesthetically appealing. Avi, his project manager, and all his different crews were extremely pleasant, polite and went out of their way to make us happy. We have a long list of renovations waiting and we are looking forward to working with them again in the near future. I can recommend them without hesitation.

It took us over a year of searching (which included interviewing 18 other contractors) to find our perfect fit: Atlanta Curb Appeal. We had some initial ideas on our major home remodeling project (open floor plan, kitchen gut, new mudroom, deck etc.) but they were just a brainstorm of ideas and nothing concrete. Andy Anderson from ACA listened to our ideas, made suggestions for improvements and then flawlessly executed them into reality. He is truly gifted on multiple levels and was extremely articulate in understanding and implementing our mutually brain-stormed ideas. He knew when to zoom-in and zoom-out and knew how to differentiate the trees from the forest when executing his plans. Andy’s well-curated team was professional, courteous and ran the jobs like a well-oiled machine. They went above-and-beyond in their task execution. Most importantly, there were no surprise costs at the end. He warned us of potentials for problems and planned for them in the budget, so the price at the end was exactly what we discussed before the project began. We couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience from our 19th contractor. This isn’t Andy’s first rodeo; he always knows what he’s doing and has an excellent memory for layouts and for spotting issues early on. Furthermore, he is excellent at quality control and won’t let subpar work slide. If he came in and saw something wasn’t quite right, he had his team fix it. Even now, months after the job, there were a few minor things that needed fixing and Andy sent his team to correct them…but we did not get a surprise bill after. In Andy, we have not only found our go-to contractor, but also a comrade and friend. If you want to have a quality remodel that is on-time, on-budget and lacking unwanted surprises, we highly recommend Atlanta Curb Appeal.

From day 1, working with Avi (and Andy primarily for the design) was fantastic! I started with an idea of what I wanted and they took it to the next level, for sure! They were on time every day, responsive when we had questions, and gave amazing suggestions. We never felt like the project was sitting idle. Not to mention that everyone who came to do the work, from the painters to the electricians to the craftsman, each was personable, professional and just plain nicer than the next. When it comes time for my next project, they will for sure be #1 on my list! The pictures should speak for themselves.

We bought our home 8 years ago and at the time of our purchase the one thing we agreed on was that the master bathroom needed to be renovated. It was builder grade while the rest of our home was extremely upgraded. Over the next 8 years, we saved up money and figured out what worked for us and what didn't. Since this was by far the biggest project we've undertaken and we intend on this being our forever home, we wanted to make sure that it was absolutely perfect. We decided to contact Atlanta Curb Appeal after we saw the beautiful renovation they completed for our neighbors. We were not disappointed. We ended up turning a balcony and sitting area in our master bedroom into a large closet, gutting the bathroom and starting from scratch (which involved moving lots of plumbing and duct work) and turning our old master closet into a laundry room. Avi even helped design a custom nightstand and set of shelves for our bedroom. The custom beams that he suggested and helped design are officially my favorite part of the whole renovation. Avi immediately understood what we were looking for and provided extremely helpful suggestions. I was always up-to-date on what was happening and when. He is a master of scheduling the subcontractors so that there isn't a day where nothing is being done. All of the subcontractors that Avi uses are professional, courteous, respectful and talented. The worksite was left broom clean at the end of every day. Each day the dumpster was picked up and the trash was emptied. By the end of your renovation with Avi, you will feel like you made a friend. I'm already planning what our next projects will be so that we can use Atlanta Curb Appeal again. Avi made the renovation as painless as possible, and I am absolutely in love with our new master suite!

To say that my wife and I are satisfied customers with Atlanta Curb Appeal is an understatement. We are delighted with every aspect of the extensive multiroom renovation and addition that they recently completed for us. It is hard to begin to point out all of the areas in which they exceeded our expectations. When we moved into a new house (or thirteenth home in six states), we knew that it needed some updating and other work. It started with a simple request to quote on the addition of an 11 x 12 foot laundry room. With nothing more than that vague description, Andy Anderson, partner, and ACA owner took over. His design recommendations were exactly in line with our hopes. Additionally, we asked for his suggestions on screening in a porch and doing extensive walkaway work in the back and side yards. Partially through the project, we asked Andy to quote on our bathrooms' renovations, including an oversized master. Once again, Andy’s visionary design made our chin’s drop. His master bathroom creation is a masterpiece. His eye for detail and noticing the slightest imperfections kept me smiling. He would point out incredibly minor things out to his skilled tradesmen, and the issue would be resolved. We could have lived with many of the items that he pointed out. He insisted on doing the work to protect ACA’s reputation. All of the tradesmen and contractors that ACA brought in were equally competent. Reliable and caring are the best two words that we can use to describe them. We grew to be very comfortable leaving our home unattended while they did their work. Andy asked what they could have done better. I told him, and truly meant it: “nothing.” We have custom-built three homes and had done some renovations to others. The experience with ACA is superior to any of the others that we have had over the years. Several items were not in ACA’s original quote. They included them at no charge and kept us informed daily of the progress and what to expect, when. For anyone that has worked with contractors before, this type of service is hard to believe. It’s true! We cannot recommend ACA highly enough. We put our faith in them, and they came through loud and clear in every aspect of this project. You cannot miss going with them. People are hesitant to pick up the phone and call a contractor, but I WOULD RECOMMEND to call, text, email them for a quote on your project. You will thank me later, as we were the same, but no longer, as we have ACA on our side now.
