AVOID BRAVAS! I’ve spent close to $200K with them. BRAVAS support service has been horrible. I purchased a McIntosh receiver along with a complete Control4 automation. My received stopped working. Their support team has had it for almost three months. I've been told many excuses and ever changing stories without any action. The parts were on order for a month to the repair shop isn't responding for weeks but they call every day for a status to the parts are now being overnighted to now the only person in the country that can repair it had a death in the family.... I would not recommend buying any high-end equipment from BRAVAS is you have to rely on them for warranty work.

I can’t believe we have a movie theater in our own home thanks to the great work of Audio Video Innovations. They pride themselves in providing their customers with quality products at competitive prices and they proved it in our family’s media room. Audio Video Innovations has top-notch customer service. Installation was quick, practically in and out in no time, leaving us to enjoy our media room within hours. The entire time they were focused and attentive to every detail ensuring settings were adjusted to the exact specification to give us a crystal clear image and a sound that is felt deep to soul. They even stayed a few extra minutes to give us a thorough tutorial of all the different options and Savant equipment settings and didn’t leave until we felt comfortable working the equipment ourselves.

I contacted Keith Brown, Business Development for Audio Video Innovations at the recommendation of a friend of mine. They are great! I updated a "tired" Media Room with an Epson 4K projector. In addition, I installed Sonos amps and new ceiling and outdoor speakers for my whole house music system. This far exceeded my expectations and simplicity of use. AVI installed a new 65" TV in the family room, with Sonos Playbar Package, works great. We also engaged AVI for our Back Yard Patio Addition. This included installation of a 75" TV over the fire place in stone as well as installation of outdoor screens for a reduction of sunlight and mosquitoes. Both the TV and screens are automated with our Amazon Echo devices. This addition is now our favorite room in the house as a result of the comfortable living and entertainment space. I will engage AVI for my future AV needs. AVI delivered on timing, solutions, and ease of use. Great company and great people.
