Ramon and his crew are the utmost professional and friendly group of people. They were courteous, and hard working. THey cleaned up completely and wonderfully after the job was done. Ramon continually checked in with me to see how the job was going and if everything was good with his crew. I would use him again and recommend him, which I have . Because of how pleased I am with the tile job he did in my 3 bedrooms, when I am ready to upgrade my shower he will the call I make.

Ramon Miranda - ACM Flooring and his crew are amazing! I have put off replacing the floor in my house for years knowing how much time and effort and mess total replacement would entail! Ramon coordinated his crew to complete each aspect of the floor demo and replacement in a seamless and timely manner. They demo'd the tile and carpet, leveled the cement slab, and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout my whole house, painted and caulked the baseboards and cleaned the whole house in 8 days! Ramon and his crew did an amazing job...I'm so thankful I chose such a professional! I also had him demo and replace the fireplace surround ...it looks amazing also!! I"ll be using ACM again when I'm ready to paint and update my bathrooms and countertops. ACM does it ALL! I don't have to start looking for another contractor to do my other remodel projects! I was very pleased at the job this company did at my house. The popcorn ceiling is gone, walls were painted, and new flooring was put in throughout my home. They did what they said they were going to do. I found the workers to be polite and respectful. I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend it.

Ramon and his team replaced the floors through our entire home and did some vertical tile work at our kitchen island and fireplace. Ramon Miranda with ACM Flooring and Stone was referred to me for a flooring project. The first time meeting Ramon, and every time since he is very professional with excellent customer service skills that are a reflection of the quality of work for the finished project. He and his staff are honest and dependable, along with Ramon is good about communication. Since we live out of state from the project we hired Ramon to do - it was a stress free project for us under ACM/Ramon management. One of the residents in the building emailed me to advise how professional and polite the staff were when she saw them coming and going to the condo where the work was being done. Based on our experience we are currently hiring ACM for additional project.

We requested ACM Flooring to remodel both our bawthrooms. Ramón is exceptionally professional, courteous, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. One meeting with him and we knew he was the best and only person for the job. We only wish we had found him sooner for other work we had done. We requested him to remove two tub/shower surrounds, vanity, oversized mirror, lighting, and old flooring. He remained in contact and stopped by the house every day too check on his crew and ensure they were creating our dream bathrooms as we wished. He helped us select the new paint for the walls, tile and accents, and new porcelain flooring including the perfect grout color. He is so skilled and experienced that if needed he could do every aspect of the job personally which means he knows what his crew should and should not do, but even that was not a concern for us as he has true professionals working for him. Each member of the team including and especially Ramón is extremely detail focused and will never ever cut corners. He has high expectations for himself and his team and boy do they live up to them. Tom and I were exceptionally pleased with the work we had done in our kitchen. Ramon was very professional and timely in his estimate. The estimate was reasonable and the work was outstanding. Before they started, the flooring, kitchen counter and anything that could get dirty was covered. They were able to install our kitchen backsplash in one day and it is absolutely beautiful. Upon completion of the project they totally cleaned up and left our home as they found it. We will definitely use Ramon and his crews on any other project that we might have. We give him our highest recommendation.

Ramon and his guys replaced the flooring in house a couple of years ago. I couldn't be happier with the results. His crew finished the job in a few hours and left my floor looking great! I will be going to him and his crew four any future jobs I have lined up in the future! It was way cheaper and faster than home Depot would have done it for. A+ all the way!
