Lara and the Bountiful Botanicals team exceeded our expectations - which were already very high given their reputation and the quality of gardens they've done. Lara and her team took extra time to listen to us, learning what we cared about, our style and goals for our yard. Then Lara visited our home, and did an amazing job communicating her vision for our garden -- turning our rough ideas into a comprehensive design and plant selection and placement that was inspired. Lara kept us updated the whole way, preparing us for construction, plant delivery and completion. The whole process was amazing, and incredibly fun to be a part of. Neighbors have been universally complimentary, even stopping while driving by and yelling from their car "great job!" I only wish we had called Lara sooner!

I hired Lara because I liked her aesthetics. My goal was a lush yard with drought resistant plants. I gave up on waiting for the drought to end and even then my water bill kept getting higher without watering a yard. We looked at the option of turf for my dog and plants and trees for privacy. Lara would come everyday to check in with me on what they had planned for the day. I watched as she supervised her staff on what to do. Lara is a perfectionist and meticulous to detail. Even if it took her men several tries moving things around then maybe back again, she would not stop until she felt good about it. No cutting corners, sending back plants that were dead, problem solving areas depending on how much sunlight was available. It was the. I realized this is what I paid for. A trained landscaper who knew plants and design. I originally was going to have my gardeners do it but they did not have the knowledge or skill to come up with a thought out design or know what plants could survive in different spaces in my yard. The final result was amazing and it truly brings me a sense of happiness when I look at my yard. My dog loves it and I’m saving money on water and need my gardeners just once a month instead of two times a month. A great investment

I was very disappointed in Bountiful Botanicals. The prices were very high, and I did not feel my voice was really heard---or the voices of my contractor and architect.

I asked Bountiful Botanicals to install a patio and "fix up my garden". Without much direction from me, they created a beautiful landscape that gets more beautiful by the day - easy to care for and a joy to look at! I am so happy with the work. And the crew is great - very friendly and helpful.

Lara of Bountiful Botanicals did a truly exceptional job transforming our painfully ugly yard into a beautiful sanctuary. The fact that she was design / build made all the difference. Her design skills and her project management skills made the 8 week job fly by. Her team led by Francisco was courteous, hardworking, efficient, and a joy to have around. The project involved extensive hardscape, two new new wood deck, extensive planting, irrigation, and more. Lara and her team handled all of it like total pros. I can honesty say that Lara and her team approached this project as if it were their dream not just ours. She and Francisco really wanted us to love it and we do!!! Lara handled my freak-outs, my fears, by obsessive questions and my perfectionism with grace. I wish I had not wasted time interviewing other landscapers and just gone with her. Save yourself the trouble and just hire Bountiful Botanicals. Her work exceeded my very high expectations and she was an extremely creative and fun person to collaborate with. I give her my highest recommendation.

We hired Bountiful Botanicals for a large-scale yard remodel, involving clearing out a concrete deck, re-shaping the ground, addition of artificial turf, a decomposed granite deck, large planter areas and walls, steps, and a full-scale planting of new trees and plants, accommodating the trees that we wanted to keep. The results are stunning, and we couldn't be happier. In addition to that, the crew and management are all amazingly friendly and collaborative, show up on time, and are reliable, and ultra-professional. They also offer really great follow-up servicing that we have already used, and genuinely care that we are happy with the new yard. I recommend them without question for a large project such as this.

We used Bountiful Botanicals to do a few projects for us. Our back yard, front yard and fencing. We also have them do our maintenance. Lara is simply amazing. She was able to work with us in stages. Also, she has an encyclopedic knowledge of all the local flora, fauna, regulations, gossip and anything else you could think of. Her creative design and problem solving is quick and effective. They even created vege beds for us. Nothing slows this woman down. I would also be remiss in mentioning her crew. They are fantastic. They are great guys, knowledgable and very respectful of the neighborhood. The maintenance crew are efficient and self guiding. Most of the work is done by hand and they use no pesticides. You get an organic landscape. We are definitely pleased with our results and as we have been told, so are our neighbors.

I interviewed two other landscape people before I met Lara Wilson but her enthusiasm, ideas and vision for my project captivated me immediately. She saw that I am totally illiterate in this area and offered a number of plantings for me to choose from, keeping in mind that deer frequent the area so that the plants should be unappealing to them. She was generous with her knowledge and advice, which I appreciated. She does only one project at a time, so that she is able to give it her full attention. What impresses me very much about this project is not visible. It's the drip irrigation that slakes the thirst of each individual plant, in amounts specific to each plant. So, not only are the plantings drought tolerant, they need only small sips of water which is important in our continuing drought. Lara was very punctual, she and her crew started and finished on schedule. Her crew are very competent and her foreman, Francisco, is especially capable. Their work was impeccable and they clearly knew what they were doing. Lara quoted me a price which I thought was reasonable, and she stuck to that figure. As it turned out, there were some additions (at my request) which caused price increases but they were reasonable and Lara did her best to keep increases minimal. Lara is a lovely person to work with; she is very personable. She is very accommodating and really listens. She very much wants to do the best possible job and make her clients happy. I was delighted that she beautified an area adjacent to the street that we had not discussed and no plans had been made -- she took it upon herself to do that and it was a lovely surprise, using paving stones that she had recycled from the original path to the front door, and improved the appearance of that area markedly. The original bid was $20,500 and the final price was $21,542. As I said, had I not requested additional plantings and other things, we would not have gone over the original bid. I am very happy with the final results and look forward to the time in a couple years when my already lovely garden will mature to its full beauty.

Lara and her team did an amazing job designing and landscaping our front and back yards. She has a keen eye for design and color, and very knowledgeable about choosing the right plants for the right locations. She was very attentive to our desires for what we wanted both yards to look like and the end results exceeded our expectations. In addition to the plants, we love the lighting design and are very happy with the drip irrigation she installed. Everyone we interacted with from Bountiful Botanicals was very easy to work with, receptive to our questions and ideas, and also very nice - really great customer service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Bountiful Botanicals converted my front yard from grass lawn to a beautiful, tasteful, and fun drought-tolerant garden that makes me happy every day I come home. In addition to the end product, every aspect of working with Lara and her team was excellent. Planning, budgeting, the actual work -- all of it was crisp, friendly, and clear.
