They were up front about everything, never had to track them down for updates even when there were delays out of their control they communicated with us. They were very reasonable when we made adjustments. I highly recommend using them for any of your projects

They communicate extremely well and are proactive to find solutions that are both efficient and cost effective. Our newly finished basement, which includes a full bathroom, bedroom, snack bar, theater, workout room and game room is amazing! I cannot recommend this business more.

Bennett, Daniel, Ken and the rest of the team at Branch Home Improvement just recently completed finishing our walk-up attic into a large bonus room with custom built-in shelves and a perfectly sized full bathroom. Not only do we love the finished product, but the entire experience was really great. Everyone was a joy to work with and you really get the benefits of working with a small family owned-business. Not only is the quality of the work outstanding, but they were very communicative and flexible to our schedules and wants throughout the project. They were also EXTREMELY fair in terms of price. We couldn't be happier and definitely recommend them!

Branch Home Improvement is a family affair, and they are great people who do great work! Both father Ken and son Daniel have been out to help us on multiple occasions, and they will be our very first call the next time we need repair/upgrade work on our home. Projects they have completed for us include patching/painting a ceiling hole, repairing exterior wood rot at the bottom of door frames, upgrading our kitchen floor trim, and a myriad of other punch list items. Ken and Daniel are courteous, kind, friendly, and the quality of their work is outstanding. To top it all off, their prices are quite reasonable. We recently used Branch Home Improvement to remodel our 14 year-old kitchen. I had been dreaming and planning the way I wanted it to look for the last 5 years. This summer we pulled the trigger and invited BHI to come in and give us a bid. We were very happy with their price and the outlined scope of work so we did it! Ken Branch takes real pride in his work and he puts forth the ‘extra effort’ to deliver a product that is custom and detailed. A lot of contractors out there will give you the bare minimum – and that’s if you’re lucky; but not BHI. Ken is very knowledgeable so he is able to provide you with specialized and creative recommendations that are not only affordable but that you, as a homeowner, might not even think about. If you are like me, my kitchen is ‘my space’ and having worked in construction most of my adult life I knew going into it that kitchen remodels are stressful. Let’s face it it’s hard to live without your kitchen; but when you have the right people doing the work for you, the results were so worth it. They took my design and made it my reality; I could not be more pleased with the way it looks today. The whole BHI team did an amazing job; keeping it on time and on-budget. I’d highly recommend them for your next project!

Words cannot express how satisfied I was with hiring branch home improvements for my floor renovation. Their attention to detail had me in awe of the workmanship. Just had a complete bath remodel done with Branch Home Improvement. Removed a shower stall, made a large closet, removed a garden tub and had tile shower installed . New cabinets g, granite countertops as well as floor. Ken, Bennett and Jeremy did a great job. Would definitely recommend them!!

I had these guys scrape my ceilings before I moved into my town home. Not only did they do an excellent job but kept a great line of communication the entire time. Ceiling scraping can be a meticulous task and these guys went above and beyond and beat everyone else prices. I highly recommend and I know if I ever need anymore contracting work done, I will reach out to them first.

Branch Home Improvement was hired to tile our kitchen backsplash with an added framed tile backsplash above the induction cooktop. Ken and Bennett were timely and professional. I truly appreciated their desire for perfection as I can be quite specific and demanding when going for a desired look. The tile looks perfect and even the electrician commented that it was some of the best tile work they had ever seen! They also completed a small patch of ceiling popcorn removal and drywall repair successfully (not easy to do when trying to match the outcome to a sprayed, flat ceiling). I would highly recommend them and am already in the process of having them quote additional work because I am so pleased with the initial job they did.
