Brown Jordan

We bought a lot of brown Jordan furniture for our back yard. Didn’t last 5 years and started falling apart. Worst furniture ever. Don’t waste your time. Pathetic customer service. You would be better off buying at target.

We bought 6 Toscana chairs for Brown Jordan. Extremely expensive but thought we were buying quality. After 6 years the springs that let them tilt back are so stretched out you go so far back your feet are 2 feet off the ground. I asked about warranty. They do NOT warrant this. I wonder why! Will never buy Brown Jordan again.

While Brown Jordan was once synonymous with long lasting, superior quality justifying it’s incredibly high cost – it no longer is. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on new Brown Jordan and at least two of the pieces did not last longer than one year (and in one case 6 months) before the product failed. The outside material chipped off exposing the aluminum frame, which is unsightly to say the least. Funny, the warranty, which I knew nothing about until I contacted the company and they refused to repair the failed furniture, says the warranty is void if you do not store the furniture indoors. I have many, many pieces of their furniture and I would need to buy a second home to store them all inside. Now mind you – I had all of the outdoor furniture professionally wrapped and the Brown Jordan furniture that was ten years old fared perfectly fine. It was only the brand new furniture that did not withstand the winter covered and wrapped. Draw whatever conclusions you can from those set of facts!!! The quality of the Brown Jordan furniture has drastically plummeted and their response is not even a sorry but that it is not their responsibility. Now that is a company to stand behind. Buyer beware!!! Do not waste your hard earned money on Brown Jordan furniture. It is not worth it to say the least.

Not a fan. I ordered some custom pieces, one of which was delivered broken. Because it was custom it would take beyond the summer season to rebuild so we had to really complain just to get store credit. We got store credit and ordered tables. Brown Jordan set up delivery with a truck that could not fit in our neighborhood and the items were crated, which we would have to unpack. Hardly sounds custom to have customers uncrate their own merchandise. Retail doesn't even do that.

My client and I were so impressed with the SOCO showroom. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. The chairs are comfortable and perfect in the space.
