Stay the hell away from this company!!! They don't care about you or your needs. It's about what's best and most convenient for them. DO NOT USE THEM. You will be sorry as the rest of us all are. Sill going through legal matters to resolve the issue.

Started out with a kitchen, and bath remodel and new flooring throughout. Company couldn't deliver what they promised. Finally cancelled kitchen remodel and went with someone else. However still ordered bathroom tile, kitchen backsplash and flooring throughout. the tile design in the bathroom did not work once tile installer was on-site so it had to be changed. Same thing happened with the backsplash and they measured incorrectly so not enough tile. We tried to,get it corrected but never received a call back. Decided to go somewhere else to purchase tile and tried to return what Buy It Here sent. They refuse to take the tile back. Stay away from this company, they can't deliver and when they screw up (which we found out happens a lot) they won't make it right. Poor customermer service and they don't know how to measure.

to many problems with this group.. three months for a simple change of a few doors and cabinets.. installed improperly and orders not placed correctly to measurements.. multiple order placements were wrong and installed and had to take out and redo three times.. frustrating dealing with this company and also left voice messages and emails and no returns.. I had to keep calling and pestering them to fix the problems.. just saying this is not service.. they don't get it..

I wanted to remodel my kitchen. I had a few quotes from other companies but wasn't impressed with their presentation. The fair was here and I was wandering around in the exhibit booths and came upon a company called Buy It Here. The gentleman who waited on me turned out to be the best salesman ever his name is Adam and he knew exactly what I wanted. We set up an appointment and he came right on time. After confirming everything I wanted done I made the plunge into remodeling. My kitchen was 35 years old and desperately needed a facelift. From the tear out to the final clean up I was never once dissatisfied with any of the professional people that they had working for them. Everyone cleaned up after themselves with each visit they made. And they had the knowledge of everything I needed done. I recommend Buy It Here to all my friends and to anyone who's looking for a new household facelift or to simply change your floor style they can do it all.

we had our whole house done. we saw them at the home show. To say we are satisfied is an understatement. they took out our old tile and carpet and put in new tile throughout the house. they would come everyday, except Sunday, promptly at 7:30 and not leave til 5pm. they left the area clean every day. there was never an issue with them and they are reliable. i highly recommend buy it flooring.

We located this company while at a local home show. One of the products they were featuring was a 42 X 6 inch porcelain tile that looked by a rustic warm wood plank which is exactly what we wanted; the wood look without the maintenance. When we were ready, they came out to our home, which was being extensively remodeled, and gave us a price that was in our ballpark and we scheduled a date. Since our job was running ahead of schedule, they were able to accommodate us by starting 5 days earlier than agreed upon. They sent professional installers, finished 2 days early and came in on budget. It has been eight months and we are still in love with our floors.
