Chris Anna and his team did a complete remodel of our apartment kitchen and bathroom. They're very professional, organized and a pleasure to work with. We could not have been happier with the results and the process. Equally impressive has been their follow-up after the job was completed. The few minor issues that arose well after completion of the project have been promptly addressed with the same great attitude.

Chris Anna and his team at C & A Custom Builders were extremely professional and provided excellent workmanship. They not only helped us to design and create a beautiful and modern hand-made built-in cabinet with desk, but also did a first rate job in installing lighting, rewiring electrical, dry-walling, painting and wallpapering. The whole team was respectful and very conscientious about the the quality of their work. We own a decent-sized one-bedroom apartment in manhattan that had not been renovated since it was built in 1960. After bidding and winning the job, C&A worked with us and our architect to finalize plans for complete retrofit. C&A put together a timeline and got to work quickly. C&A kept us informed of any issues, decisions to be made at every step. C&A handled every issue that came up, offered alternative solutions and recommendations and coordinated a process that had us back in our apt on time (a touch early actually) and followed up with any punch list items quickly. Importantly, there were zero extra charges for any field conditions (including some late changes mandated by our co-op board). At every turn Chris Anna and his team were available and courteous (don't let Chris' low-key demeanor concern you - he was all over every issue timely). And C&A kept our building personnel and board happy We had heard many nightmare stories re nyc contractors - my experience with C&A was fantastic and we highly recommend them. D&G.

C & A Custom Builders, Inc. was recommended to me by the architect that designed and supervised the bathroom and kitchen renovation project in my apartment. Chris Anna, C & A C B's owner, and his team didn't measure efforts to meet design, budget and schedule requirements. The results were very satisfying.
