Color is a beast! Trying to figure out which white, or which color will work best with furniture, lighting oh heck even moods. I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom which is requiring me to pick a new paint color -- This process then turned into the classic "If you give a mouse a cookie". Once I picked a color for my bathroom, I realized I needed to pick a color for my bedroom. After countless paint samples painted on my walls, my ego finally gave up and said "You need to call someone who knows colors!!"... in walks Janice. Let me tell you they pack a lot of power in small packages. She walked into my house and immediately I felt comfortable with her. She has strong powers of observation but even more powerful than this is her empathy. She combines all of this masterfully with her knowledge of color and shepherded me through a painful process where she welcomed collaboration to identify the perfect colors. Janice Brown of Center Stage Design is a gifted professional stagger and designer. She helped us with a redesign on our dated Tuscan decor. The new "transitional" flare is beautiful and fitting for our home's architecture and has really brightened up the environment. Janice did a great job staging my 3300 sq ft 40 year old home that had many peculiar spaces to cover. She made it look bigger in spaces that looked cramped and small before. She used color to swing the eye to best features and overlook not so interesting ones. The house was unsold for 3 months with no takers before we hired her. After Janice’s “make over” we had 3 offers in less than 2 weeks. We closed in less than 6 weeks after that. Thank you Janice! I would use her again.

Janice Brown is a game changer in the presentation of my listings. I use to try to tell clients to change items, their house had an odor, remove pictures, etc and at times the clients would take it personally and it would affect our relationship.
