Nice folks but beware of the crazy cost! $304 for less than an hour of work in our house and a new wax ring. I called to repair a leaking toilet and evaluate the water heater they installed a year earlier. The technician fixed the toilet quickly. Not so knowledgeable on the water heater. I had to find the manual to help him determine the error code. Technician left 'hoping' cleaning the filter corrected problem. Shocker and ALERT came when he presented the bill for $304! You will get billed based on the driver's GPS - when the technician leaves the previous worksite and when they leave yours. You get billed for their time in the truck keying in the information in their computer program and doing whatever else they are do out there. As you can imagine keying in info an ipad is probably not their forte but you do pay for it. Our technician was in the truck for ~20 minutes so you may want to have your teenager help type. It may save you $50. Also don't chat, again it will cost you!

My wife Kathy & I had CP heating come out on 01/08/2020 to do maintenance work as well as balancing the air low through the ductwork. We just bought this townhouse in Oct '19 and are 2nd owners. The previous owners had no work done since this home was built 7 years ago. The furnace had CP Heating decals on it so I figured, since they installed the HVAC system, they know the ins & outs of this system. I talked to either Kylie or Kristy and they set up the appt for me incl. a discount for 1st time maintenance contract which includes AC. John Beck, our tech came over, had his shoe covers on because it had snowed the night before. John was very thorough, explained what he was doing and found a small issue with one of the gaskets. After the maintenance was done, he proceeded to check each air vent for air flow volume. He adjusted what needed to be done and now each room temperature is consistent. I'll have John come back for follow ups and to replace the defective gasket as well as the AC service in the spring. Thank you Central Penn for your great customer service & knowledgeable tech! Drew was very pleasant & seemed very thorough when examining the condensation pump. He explained helpful hints to prevent a recurrence.

Had fall checkup of HVAC on 10/7/16. Drew called to let me know he was on his way. As soon as he entered through the laughdry room he put on the booties. He always explains what he's going to do. I told him I still had my AC on and would like it kept on. He explained heat would be coming out the vents while he's checking it. I also told him I thought I hit something wrong on my thermostat because air was always coming out the vents. He took the time to explain that I hit the fan, and I always want to keep it on auto. Then he explained what to do when I finally turn my heat on. I just did that the way he showed me. He went about his work, didn't rush, after he left I didn't even know he had been here. Drew has been to my home in the past, and is a fine young man, who I would be proud to have as my employee. Thank you Central Penn, and thank you Drew.

Just days before I was to settle on the property I was selling I was in need of a quick plumbing fix. I called Central Penn Plumbing after being referred to them by my realtor. My call was answered immediately and I received an appointment just two days out (the day of my settlement). The professional called to say he was on the way and arrived when I was to expect him. He quickly sized-up the job and gave me a fair estimate to complete the work. The work was completed to high satisfaction. Should I ever have any future needs for plumbing issues I now know who to call.

Scott was the plumber when our house was finished in early 2002. Since then, I have called Central Penn for every plumbing issue we have had. I have always received a very timely response. I have used them twice in the past month, once was rather urgent, and the responsiveness was perfect. Ed took care of the recent issues and we were very happy with the service provided.

I had originally contacted Central Penn on a weekend for an intermittently working furnace. The technician I spoke with was very willing to talk about the problem with me -- I didn't feel like he was rushing to get off the phone. He also gave me an idea of what the costs could be for a weekend service call and what they could be if I chose to wait until Monday -- I really appreciated that since, in the past, other firms have not been so forthcoming. (I chose to wait until Monday, since it wasn't that cold and the cost difference was not insignificant.) Additionally, the tech advised me about whether it was safe to let the furnace run until the service call. On Monday morning, the company called me first thing (as the weekend tech had said they would); the tech (who happened to be the one I spoke with over the weekend) arrived on time, was courteous, and confirmed and fixed the problem. Central Penn will be my first call for any future HVAC issues.

The contractor did all the rough plumbing and finish plumbing for construction of a brand new home we built in 2014 finishing in January 2015. All their personnel were very pleasant to work with and seemed very knowledgeable. They had to return twice after we moved in for some minor corrections which is pretty standard for a major project such as construction of a new custom home. We would use their services in the future and would recommend them to others.

Fortunately, this turned out to be an easy and inexpensive fix. I received prompt same-day service. Service technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer of Central Penn Plumbing for over a decade and they have taken care of various jobs at my home from small to quite large. The most notable was the replacement / upgrade of my geothermal heating and cooling system. My home has two geothermal units and one of the units was in need of an expensive repair or replacement. After considering the options with Central Penn, I decided to have both units replaced with one of the units being a split unit with substantial equipment in a second story attic. Central Penn worked with me on arranging a time frame that suited my schedule and the work to replace both units was completed in a single work week. The quality of the work was second to none and attention to detail with every aspect of the job was outstanding. Also, the cleanliness of the work was outstanding and I was very impressed with everyone involved with the project. I would highly recommend Central Penn for any plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs.

Due to an opening in their schedule Adam was able to come out two days before our scheduled appointment. He was polite and knowledgeable, and took care of our two work items reasonably quickly. He explained his work and also pointed out other areas of our plumbing that we will need to keep an eye on. Very happy with the service and will continue to use Central Penn Plumbing.

Central Penn Plumbing provided outstanding customer service. On a cold winter Saturday morning, we woke up to a very cold house. I gave Central Penn (Scott) a call and within an hour he had a service technician at our house to address the issue.
