Matt and his team at CertaPro Painters of Grand Rapids did a great job painting several rooms within our home. The painting was done per our satisfaction. The guys cleaned up after themselves every day and were respectful of our home. They even met the timeline on when they estimated the job to be completed. I would recommend CertaPro Painters of Grand Rapids to assist you with your next paint job. I also have used them to paint the outside of my home.

Rob has been a part of our business referral group and I can personally vouch for his honesty, his promptness in responding to your requests, and in his team’s attention to detail. If you are thinking about painting – interior or exterior – make sure you hire Rob's team at CertaPro Painters of Grand Rapids. P.S. One caveat ... I was all set to hire Rob's team to paint the exterior of my house only to sustain wind damage and now I have an insurance settlement to re-side the house ... but, I am looking at the interior of my house and thinking - Rob needs to do something for me to spruce up my living space.

CertaPro Grand Rapids painted the exterior of my house. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, and the painters were very pleasant to work with. They did our large house in a week. I highly recommend them.

We had a horrible experience! I would personally never recommend CertaPro to anyone!! The guys who came out were unprepared, horrible commincators ( didn't speak clear english), and not professional, and still couldn't get the job right after the 2nd visit. Even worse when we contacted the manager Ron to discuss our concerns he laughed at us! These people were terrible... to top it off there is paint all over my carpet and they refuse to compensate us for it! Stay away!!!!!!!

CertaPro Painters Grand Rapids did an excellent job staining the exterior of my home. I have a natural cedar shake siding which needed power washing and new stain. They did an excellent job blending the areas which had faded more than others to match the natural cedar color. The crew was very professional and communicated very well during the full project. I would highly recommend CertaPro Grand Rapids owned by Rob Sligh.

They did a fantastic job went over the paint colors with me before they started. Very organized, did a great job cleaning up. The workers were very nice and made sure to let me know that anytime they were there if I had any questions not to hesitate to ask. They moved all the furniture out for me and moved it back. The painting in every room was absolutely professional I could have not have asked for a better job. I am extremely pleased how every room looks!!!!! I would recommend this company to everyone

I emailed Certa Pro Painters and two local companies that were listed on the Heritage Hill website. Only Certa Pro got back to me. I was quickly given an appointment for an estimate. The gentleman who did my estimate was professional, nice, and explained everything to me. My house was painted by the hardest working men. They were here before 8 and stayed sometimes as late as 8:30. My house is large and has some crazy detail, and these guys did not miss an inch. They were super friendly and respectful. If you want to save a few bucks and hire some college kids, go for it. My house means a lot to me, and i want it to be maintained in the best way possible. Pay a little extra for professionals...this is your home after all.
