Our A-frame home’s south exposure is almost entirely windows, so we were looking for the highest efficiency. Our search led us to Rehau. I am a trades person and was sold once I had a close look at the operating hardware, fit & finish of Rehau products. Jacewicz European Windows was a pleasure to partner with for our new home. They took our business seriously, were very responsive and accommodating...working with us through our unique situations and providing a quality product which we couldn’t purchase locally. We purchased several of these windows for our home up North (North of 60th Parallel) where we quite often have -40 and as low as -55 Celsius Degrees. We have not had any Frost on these windows and they are sound proof along with weather proof for this weather up North (Northwest Territories). my wife and I were looking at windows and doors for our new home on Google search and found Jacewicz European windows.We were amazed at how good they looked and how well they were built. I filled out information request form and submitted it and a very short time after Chris jacewicz contacted me. he informed us that the windows and doors were made in Europe and shipped by container to calgary alberta These windows and patio doors were tilt out at the top for no draft ventilation or open in for easy cleaning break in proof locked in several places all around each unit all gasket sealed precision fit and extreme R value and much more we were so impressed we decided the value was there for the price and made the purchase. This purchase is the best part of our home as they were shipped from over seas on time and chris and his son kyle co worker Shane delivered and with extreme precision spent 3 long days installing them We will not not hesitate to recommend the whole experience with top ratings

Chris was extremely particular about his quality of installation. Rather than simply replace window he rebuild many of the envelopes to ensure that they would fit properly and be sealed. This, of course, increased the time needed to install and was without additional cost. Considering the project was completed in winter this commitment was admirable. The internal finishing carpentry was equally attended to. Their sense of pride shows in their results.

Our 12 year old home’s original windows were susceptible to the prevalent wind gust found in the Calgary area. The damage caused to the open/close mechanisms requires maintenance and the possibility existed that a window could be torn off. At the Calgary Home & Design Show we visited several window companies. Jacewicz European Windows’ construction and opening options impressed us. We contracted Chris Jacewicz to replace 4 large windows on three levels. The craftsmanship of the installation and the windows exceeded our expectations. Consequently, the following year we had them replace a very large window (7‘ 6” X 12’6”). Again, we are very pleased with the results and aesthetics. (noticeably warmer in winter and cooler in summer) Year three, we decide to have 5 large non-opening windows replaced, again we are very pleased. Next will be the main door and upper deck door!

We had recently purchased a home with most of the windows being of the European tilt/turn style (apparently installed 25 years ago!). We were so impressed with the quality of the product, we contacted Chris about replacing our front picture window as well as our front and back door which were not of the same European style or craftsmanship. The new front door in itself is a piece of artwork and we receive so many compliments on the appearance and quality; "What a beautiful door! Wow, its so solid!" Chris is so devoted to the quality of product he delivers, the attention to detail and craftsmanship he provides with the install, you know you have contracted a Professional. When the doors and window were delivered, they were placed in our garage with explicit instructions "DO NOT TOUCH", until they were installed to ensure they weren't compromised. We have one more sliding door onto our deck that we held off replacing with one of Chris's products due to our timeline. However, after what he has provided thus far, we quickly changed our mind and asked Chris to go ahead and order the sliding door. It is now sitting in our garage waiting for installation. As these products come from Europe, it's kind of like waiting to open up a present. It can be a bit of a long wait, but definitely worth it! You will NOT be disappointed in the quality of the products, nor in Chris's workmanship. By far the best we have come across in a very long time!

The product is amazing, they've really helped keep warmth in and the cold out and they look great. I had a hard time finding windows with black frames in Calgary, so I was really happy to find these ones that I don't need to paint.
