The team came and delivered exactly what we wanted! There was quite a bit of back and forth getting the job completed due to timing. However Great quality work and very competitively priced. I can’t wait to use their service again.

This company is not able to skill fully manage the entire customer journey. My bathroom renovation and flooring was an incredible stressful and negative experience. The contractors don't take accountability for poor work. There was damage to the walls, doors, baseboards everywhere and the workers did not come prepared (without asking, they used my trash can in the kitchen). They didn't pick up the phone calls and only when we told them we would take to court the project moved faster. There was no communication regarding scheduling changes. They had a great sales representation and came up with a fair sales price and took payment in full ahead of installation. Poor Service.

Carpet Mills of America and Jordan did a fantastic job with our floors. They turned out great, very professional throughout the process and so easy to work with, but it's the results that speak volumes. If you've ever stubbed a toe on a time corner, you'll know what I mean. I'm not one for using perfect, but near perfection throughout. Thank you Jordan. We'll be back and certainly use him again for future projects

Id give them 100 stars if I could. They are not even done yet and I’m so impressed I don’t even have words. The installers are seriously so quiet and clean and nice. They can work on my home any day! I drove to McKinney not realizing there is a Carrollton store because I liked the reviews and people were not wrong. They helped us pic the perfect floor for us and it looks amazing !! I’ll update when complete

Rosanne did an amazing job with our laundry/bathroom. The colors and tile she help me pick far surpassed my expectations! I would recommend Rosanne to anyone!

I walked into their store location after driving by. I needed new carpet in my house. I spoke to the salesman named Jordan. I could tell that he knew a lot about the industry and a lot about the type of carpet I needed. He immediately came to my house and measured it quickly and efficiently. The carpet was installed exactly when he said it would be. The carpet is high-quality and the padding is thick and has a liquid barrier on it too. I am very satisfied

I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to do so for future clients. We thought this experience would be great, the sales person RJ was very responsive especially in the beginning. Things started taking a turn for the worse when the painters took 2 1/2 months to complete a job that should have taken 2 to 3 weeks at most. They did not use any protective covers and either left paint all over our new floors, new tile, and furniture or ruined things such as our new electrical wires that they coated with drywall. They also left holes and huge seams in our brand new ceiling along with gaps in the drywall, among so many other things. Our completion date was October, then November, then December, then January and we finally just had to move into the unfinished home. Some of the contractors did a great job and the others we obviously not trained to do the job they were hired for. Unfortunately, we had paid everything up front except a small amount for an add on service. They did not care that we were not happy all they wanted was the money due. They came out and did finally hire someone competent to fix our ceiling and the holes in our wall but then they sent out the same team that made the mistakes to "fix" some other items and it was just terrible work. My husband and I are not people who typically complain about things but we spent close to $100,000 and we were really disappointed that the work was done poorly and we were dealt with so poorly. Honestly there is so much more I could list but I am so exhausted by all of this and I just want to be done with it. I hope this keeps someone else from going through the same thing.

We hired CMA (Jordan) to put matching hardwood floors in all the bedrooms, the stairs, new baseboards and to resurface the fireplace. In 10 days the entire project was completed and we are extremely happy with the results!! The floors are a perfect match to the existing wood in the living areas! A job perfectly done without the headache.

Our experience was a mix of delays, poor supervision, bad finishing especially with the flooring works, and complete dismissal of follow up calls.

This is a phenomenal team to work with. They’re always incredibly professional and efficient at taking care of every job, no matter how big or small, to the best of their ability. Their line of communication is open and prompt which is a God send when working on new projects or remodels! Would highly recommend!! Clean, updated showroom with great choices!
