My delivery team was led by Ryan who had Sheen assisting. They were awesome. Have not ever had better delivery experience. They were friendly, on time and worked hard to make sure my entire kitchen made it safely into my space. Which is up 2 full flights of stairs. Very thankful that they were the guys assigned to my delivery. Will be specifically asking to have them make my next delivery of bath vanities and related cabinetry. I have been working with Joe on a new kitchen for about 6 months now. I was extremely indecisive between choosing the cabinet style and color. I had waited a long time for a new kitchen and I wanted to build the dreamiest kitchen that fit my home. I had been to the big box stores varying amounts of success. I hired one to come to my home for measurements, but when I finally sat down with the designer, there was a lack of transparency between what the division of cost of the materials were and compared to the cost of labor. I also did not feel listened to. I walked into Consumer's not knowing what to expect., and was blown away by the professionalism and technology that they offered . It's nice to be in a large showroom that just does kitchens and baths. It wasn't mobbed with people and you can walk the gallery freely. My salesperson and designer was Andrew G. ( although there is a nice comradery in the store and people work together as a team when necessary) We sat down at a one hour session and got to work. Andrew G. included me in every aspect of the design. He modified it on the spot as we went along , and tweaked it as many times as needed to get it just right. Many versions were had after I had left the store. You are exposed to and included in the architectural elements that go into the design. Andrew helped me knock out a partial wall and planned cabinetry around it. I could never have done this alone and did not have the communication I would have needed to get it done at the big stores. The design plan includes a pretty good vision of what the kitchen would look like plus the cost of each item down to the hinges. The cost of wood cabinets made in the USA was fair and reasonable. There is a variety of woods and finishes to choose from to fit your budget. There is tremendous versatility and selection. I visited more times than I could count and felt welcome each time. Kevin the manager is a great resource, a wealth of experience and insight. Samples were sent to my door so I could view the items at home. When one cabinet came in the wrong size, Andrew was on it and a new one was ordered that day without the return of the old one. I purchased the warrantee fearing what damage my dogs might do to a new item made of wood in the home, but they were fine and I probably didn't really need it. We ripped the kitchen to the studs and put in all new insulation and drywall. It's been three years and I walk into my kitchen every morning and get joy just being there. From the cabinet under lighting to the spice rack pull outs attention was paid to each detail. I still enjoy looking at it. My family enjoys i much more than in the past as the workspace flows more freely now and we can enjoy being in the kitchen together . You will not be sorry investing in a new kitchen, and Consumers made it all happen for us!

I got my kitchen redone with Consumers. Patrick was a dream to work with. All of the different brands, colors, types can be very overwhelming. He offered me relevant options after hearing what I was looking for. He was responsive and quick with answering any and all of my questions. He broke the process down to keep my head from spinning! A great experience with Consumers. I’ve never done a project as large as a kitchen remodel before. Michael Meister in Patchogue, NY was my sales consultant. He was very patient and explained everything. I told him about my budget and my style. He explained the process and was very detailed. I really appreciate how he explained the time line and followed up with me along the way. The delivery of the cabinets was great. 2021 has been a difficult time with delays on appliances and building materials, so working with a professional company that is proactive in telling you timelines and follows up with you is so important. I had some issues that came up along the way in this remodel, but none of them were from my cabinets from Consumers. I would highly recommend them.

We recently renovated our 1940’s kitchen. Our contractor suggested we work with Tom from Consumer Kitchens. Best decision we made. Tom asked us to send him pictures and measurements of the original kitchen. He was able to design the kitchen at our first appointment. The show room had numerous kitchen designs that gave us ideas to incorporate into the kitchen. The cabinets are well constructed and beautiful. Tom returned my phone calls or emails promptly. We appreciated his patience as we planned the kitchen. After we changed the cabinet color, Tom ordered us a sample door. Having a large sample made choosing so flooring, backsplash, countertop and hardware easy. The kitchen turned out beautiful.. We’re very happy with the results.

I just renovated my kitchen and I could not be happier with the final outcome! First let me say I have an odd layout and I had a couple kitchen designs from other sources I just was not happy with, that is until I sat with Thomas Dubensky from east meadow CK&B! Thomas' layout and design gave me optimal storage, seating, counter space and cabinets. He held my hand and guided me through every step along the way, from style cabinet to color choices, right down to mouldings and hardware! He was a God send! Thomas was patient and answered all of my ridiculous questions and never left me waiting. The cabinets were ordered and arrived before my appliances! My husband & I used Consumers to remodel a section of our kitchen. Tom helped us design exactly what we wanted, including a space for a wine fridge, extra storage options, and a stunning black cabinet I never would have thought of. Everyone that comes to our house asks where we got our set up from! We returned to Tom when it was time to redo our half bath and he again helped us design the perfect bathroom complete with a French pedestal sink I had been eyeing all over the internet. As part of a major house renovation we needed to reimagine our kitchen. We went to Consumers and the entire process was seamless and easy. We met with Jeff Grossman, who helped guide us through the selection of cabinets, finishes, etc. Jeff came back with an amazing design that worked perfectly for us. He helped us turn a small closed in kitchen into an open flowing kitchen that has more functionality than ever before. We went to Consumers in East Meadow to redo a kitchen in a vacation condo that we had purchased. Made an appointment and met with kitchen designer Tom Dubensky, who steered us to a high quality cabinet line with sturdy dovetail plywood construction, large number of finish options and a style we liked. He then proceeded to design and layout the kitchen in 3D to make it easy to visualize. Tom had many ideas and concepts to enhance our initial thoughts. The initial price scared us a bit, but after many discounts and options included in the price, the final cost was super competitive with cheaper made cabinets we had seen at other kitchen stores as well as Home Depot and Lowes. When doing home improvement projects, there are invariably issues that occur - what is most important is how they are responded to by the retailer to keep your project on track. When we did hit issues, Tom did his best to supply solutions and fast-track fixes from the manufacturer which wasn't always easy during the supply crunches of Covid (Spring 2020). We thought so highly of Tom and Consumers that we have recommended him to friends and family - my two daughters used Tom to design and supply large kitchens for their newly purchased houses and they love the design, look and working layout of the finished kitchens. The large showroom has big selection of great quality cabinets on display. We liked working them so much, we went back to design and purchase additional cabinets for a new pantry. We had our first kitchen cabinets done by Consumers about 10 years ago and then again a much larger one done by them last year. We were extremely satisfied with our experience both times. The customer service was excellent and the cabinets were great. We worked with Jeff Grossman and he was so easy to work with, very prompt with the follow ups and very accommodating. Kevin Maher at the East Meadow location delivered exceptional service. We put an addition on our house that included a new kitchen area. Kevin was very knowledgeable about creating a computed-aided design based on our input. Just to make sure everything would fit an estimator came to our home to double check the measurements. The cabinets were just as ordered and securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Even the delivery guys were great trudging up the deck stairs in brutal humidity! Kevin in design is very friendly and helpful. The showroom is a good size and has enough room to display many different cabinet/countertop colors and styles, and drawer pull hardware as well. Delivery times were as promised, and the designer worked with us to advise which items would be available in our timeframe vs items that would take notably longer (supply chain issues...LGB haha!) The service department is also very good. One drawer front arrived dented and a replacement wss sent to us within a few weeks. Well within the time before the workers came back for final install work. Overall, we took a formerly hideous 1980s concrete tile kitchen and made it beautiful with better storage!

AVOID at all costs if you place any value on customer service & accountability. We hand delivered our kitchen design to them and placed & paid for a $42,000 cabinetry / countertop order. Initial delivery was delayed multiple times with no restitution offered. Order finally came but showed up with several damaged items as well as missing items that were critical to the finished product of our kitchen. Countertops could not be installed due to the missing / damaged items. Plumbing, backsplash tile, electric all delayed as a result. No one from Consumers has taken responsibility or offered a concession. No initiative to rectify or tell me what they're doing to see the process through. This is not a couple week ordeal. I'm talking months and months of delays despite being paid in full and encountering no issues on our end. Everything that has gone wrong has been with them and the manufacturer. The rep I worked with is decent enough but clearly has ZERO pull and no one more senior at Consumers has stepped up to the plate to help. It's a joke. My advice would be to avoid Consumers and pay a little more if you have to to go with a company that will see the process through. Again $42,000 and I don't have a finished product 8 months now along.

Daniel was extremely helpful designing our kitchen!! We got exactly what we wanted!! We even had a little bit of damaged that occurred when our cabinets were delivered and consumers sent us new doors very fast!

We did a complete remodel of our kitchen. Andrew was such a pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with us as we made changes to the plan. He was able to come up with a plan to use every inch of usable space while still maintaining a lovely design. There were many options to choose from and we are so happy with the choices we agreed upon. Even with some small issues upon delivery, he was able to have them rectified quickly. Consumers Kitchens and Baths was very helpful in my remodeling job of two bathrooms. Andrew Greenwald does his job well and actually cares about your house improvement plans. He had many helpful suggestions to maximize space. He was very professional and knowledgeable. You would never find help like this in any big box store. In December 2020, we ordered several kitchen cabinets from Consumers Kitchens and Baths. Our sales representative, Andrew Greenwald walked my wife and I through the entire process making sure we were satisfied with the color and sizes of the cabinets. Before we even saw a completed design of the kitchen, Andrew arranged for one of his professional to come to our home and do all the measurements in our kitchen to insure the proper sized cabinets were ordered. Several days later, we went into the showroom to meet with Andrew who displayed on a screen what the kitchen would look like. The display included the new appliances we were ordering separately which was very helpful. The cabinets were ordered on 12/15/20 and were and delivered on 2/18/21. Andrew advised us on the order date that we should inspect all the cabinets asap to insure none were damaged. This was excellent advice, since one of the cabinets was damaged and had to be reordered, which was delivered on 3/19/21. The kitchen was completely installed shortly thereafter and we couldn't be happier. My wife and I have been married over 50 years and this was our very first brand new kitchen. The customer service and the quality of the cabinets have made this a wonderful experience.

We were referred by family friend to Consumer Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen Cabinets. Impressed by the show room we decided to explore further about design, quality, and cost. Greeted by Mr. Greenwald at the store who went through whole process of design, quality, and pricing of cabinets. He completed design to our satisfaction and showed us deferent options to fit our budget. Due to Covid issues, it took longer time than usual. When cabinets were delivered, packaging was good, measurements were accurate, fit was right, and quality of product was above industry standards. Happy with follow up calls and supports. We may not have to replace kitchen cabinets any time soon. But when it is time to do so we will go back to Consumers Kitchen and Cabinets. We had very good experience and won’t hesitate to share it with others.

We had such a wonderful experience at Consumer's, really thanks to Andrew Greenwald who went above and beyond to help us complete our new kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We were shopping around various vendors when we first encountered Consumer's. What convinced us to choose them was first and foremost Andrew's patience and professionalism from the get go, spending hours with us before we even committed to anything. When we weren't sure of a certain color or stain he patiently ordered samples multiple times from the manufacturer to make sure we're getting what we want. He always follows up with anything we need help with and even goes out of his way to coordinate things on his days off. We originally was only going to purchase the kitchen cabinets from them, but ended up ordering three bathrooms, a bar, and a laundry room as well because we got so comfortable working with Andrew. We have currently received all the cabinets, though not yet installed. The delivery was timely and easy to coordinate. We noticed one drawer to be a slight darker stain than the others, Consumer's immediately was about to set up a replacement for us. The whole experience was very pleasant and professional, I highly recommend Consumer's Kitchens and Baths! Great products and great customer service. And to add...my extended family went to Andrew for their projects as well and all loved their experience as well. 5 stars.

He was patient with our questions, suggestive and helped us stay on track and within budget when picking out the items we needed. We purchased the shower, shower doors, and sink faucets. No hassles, Anthony in Franklin Square our design rep was awesome. We went in with an idea but was not sure how to put it in place & envision it.. He picked up what we were looking for & put it up on a screen. Perhaps not the exact measurements but similar to my bathroom. Then helped with the color. A color & the wood. Wood makes all the difference. 1 thing I will suggest is if you want it order 6 weeks ahead if it’s something more be guided by your rep. I ordered 4 weeks which they recommend 4-6 weeks however we finished bathroom to the day & linen closet & sink came last day. I personally was stressing. But they came brought it as close as possible to my bathroom & opened the boxes for me to show no damage in transport. They didn’t have to do that. Yes check my product but could have left them sitting in my hall and have my contractors move them but they were complete gentlemen also. Offered a couple of bottle waters & a few buck for lunch. The work hard also.

To say that we are happy with our kitchen is an incredible understatement!!! We are always happy to show it off to friends and proud that they've included it on their website. As I said when we sat down with our designer Phil Bedry, we wanted a lot of kitchen in a small space and he nailed it. We couldn't ask for more. You guys rock!!

We knew we wanted a white kitchen and a navy island and we walked into the store and found exactly the colors we wanted in a quality brand that was also affordable. Our customer rep, Phil Bedry, designed the layout and provided models so that I could see how the kitchen would look from various angles. I had special needs and I was concerned that combining my kitchen and dining room, completely redoing both, would be overwhelming. My contractor recommended Jim Sehn at the Consumer’s Kitchen and Bath store in Commack. Jim was excellent. The store is huge, but Jim listened to me, understood my needs and preferences, and narrowed the choices. This made things easy and, most important, he made me feel comfortable. With pictures and measurements of the rooms we constructed, on his computer, what the rooms could look like. It was shown to me on a large TV screen and printed out. Jim pointed out the items on sale. I brought it home and made some changes and brought it back. I was relieved that it could be one stop shopping, I was able to select the countertops, backsplash, sink and faucets there and there was absolutely no pressure to do so. Jim did give valuable and important suggestions, with no pressure whatsoever. Some important points: 1.I was never out of the loop, I was always informed but the store worked very closely with my contractor. 2.Jim gave me very accurate dates for the measurements and delivery of the cabinets, countertops and backsplash. 3.On a project this size there is always a hiccup or two and how a store responds is greatly important. My lazy Susan was a bit too lazy. I notified Jim and in just a few days a repair person was sent to access the situation, order parts and then repair it. When I was not happy with one of the borders on one backsplash, (no one fault, we thought it would look different) a crew came and adjusted it the very next day. My only suggestion is that if you are getting new appliances, as we did, it is best to come in with their measurements and model numbers so they can be incorporated into the design.

The cabinets were delivered on time and except for a damaged door were in perfect shape. The door was replaced within 2 weeks. We have no problem recommending CK&B.
