Excellent customer service when you have an issue! I bought a leather recliner from Cottswood and after a few months the leather stretched in a very unsightly way. I sent photos to my salesman Christopher and he called me back the same day to let me know he was forwarding it on to a manager. The manager called me the next day and sent a service man out promptly. Unfortunately, there was no way to repair it. The manufacturer of the chair said the stretching was a normal characteristic of the leather. They sent out a truck to pick up my chair so the store owner could look at it. After viewing the chair, he contacted the manufacturer and insisted the stretching was unsightly and unacceptable and the manufacturer agreed to give me a new chair. I was very impressed how quickly this all took place, and how the Cottswood team jumped into action when a product they sold didn't meet the high standards of their store. Customer satisfaction is definitely their priority. I highly recommend this store.

We recently purchased several pieces of furniture from Cottswood Interiors. We found their furniture offered high quality and a huge selection of current modern designs. Christopher helped us with all of our selections. He had very good insight on what we were looking for and we could not have put it all together without him! We absolutely love everything we bought and would not hesitate to recommend Cottswood (and Christopher) to family and friends!!

Christopher Cook is our new favourite Design Consultant! He doesn’t listen to reply, he listens to your wants & needs and creates a beautiful space beyond your expectations. We are overjoyed with our new living space & love the additions he made to our master bedroom. Christopher is hands down the best we have ever worked with! In addition, we would also like to mention Rafael for his due diligence for making sure our inventory was pristine before delivery & correcting what was not acceptable. Christopher Cook was a delight to work with. We found him to be knowledgeable, professional, intuitive and innovative. He has an excellent sense of colour, space, design. He was very quick to recognize our style and preferences. He was never pushy or aggressive in his sales technique. Best of all: He was a lot of fun to work with. We laughed a lot. Once our full house renovation was complete, it was time to shop for furniture to fill spaces vacated by cast offs. With a totally new colour scheme in the house and endless choices of design and colour available it seemed an impossible task to make the decisions to pull everything together. Christopher took the stress out of the process and make it into an exciting journey. I could not be happier with the results. I only regret that we did not find Christopher earlier and have him on the project from the beginning. Christopher Cook was our designer and he did an incredible job. He listened to our needs, made sure our new furniture was going to fit into our new space, gave us lots of options and has an exceptional eye for design and detail. All with a sense of humor. The customer service and delivery people are also very professional. If you want high quality beautiful furniture this is the place to shop.

Christopher went over and above to provide us with a custom table we were unable to find. We are totally satisfied and look forward to working with him on the next project...whatever that might be. Thanks again for helping us.

In the fall of 2016, we began the process of replacing and restoring furniture that was destroyed & damaged in the 2016 Fort McMurray Wildfires. We had purchased a sofa at Cottswood in the past and returned to see if we could still get the same. The designers were very helpful in finding us a replacement. As it became apparent that our rebuild would be delayed, we enlisted assistance from Cottswood to help us do more than just buy new furniture. We ended up replacing the Master Bedroom suite, and sofas in three separate rooms. Over the period of a full year of insurance company delays, Christopher helped us with floor plan layouts and selection of styles, colours & fabrics. As a result, we find the furniture and layout really draws us to spend more time in those rooms than we did in the past. Our friends and family all comment on how great everything looks and feels. The delivery and set up service is second to none - items were unpacked, set up and packaging materials taken away, all with the utmost care not to damage the items and our walls and floors. To top it all off, as we were delayed returning, Cottswood stored the items we purchased until we were ready to take delivery. To summarize, the entire team was helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was positive. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Christopher was very helpful and professional with helping us decorate our living room,bedroom and office. We told him what we were hoping to achieve and he knew what pieces to show us,together we created three rooms we just love. We would certainly work with Christopher again ,he even came in on his day off knowing that was the only day we were in town, you don’t see that often. High quality furniture and high quality service.
