Deck build My wife and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude to the Coty Construction Team and Sales Team; without them our backyard would not be the complete oasis we had hoped and dreamed of. We worked with Steve from the sales team and from the beginning he was honest and personable. He was so caring and helpful throughout the selection process and gave us so many options and incite that helped us make the perfect decision. His communication was impeccable. He kept us informed every step of the way and we appreciated it very much. Although the Trex Company had a minor slip up with our original selection at the warehouse (which was no one’s fault, an unforeseen issue) Coty Construction jumped right in to support us through giving us their undivided and immediate attention to get everything back on track. Their willingness and attention to help make the issue right was greatly appreciated. During the construction phase the crew was wonderful to work with. They definitely are meticulous when providing impeccable detail. My wife and I do care about minor details and they delivered absolute perfection. I would recommend Coty Construction to anyone who has an appreciation for hard work, dedication, and perfection. Working with Coty Construction was truly meant to be, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for working with us and making our dream deck for us to enjoy for years to come.

I wanted some railing work done on my deck. We had a Trex (maintenance free deck already), but the railings were not. I hired Coty Construction to do the work and I have to say they did an excellent job. I have built my own maintenance free deck with railings in the past, so I know how much work it is, especially the stairs and this company nailed it. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Coty Construction & Remodeling for gutters on our house. The representative was helpful in choosing the style and color needed for our home. The crew was very professional and efficient with no remaining debris in evidence. As a bonus, the project was completed in a timely manner! We were very pleased with the final result.

Our most recent project with Coty Construction was the construction a high quality screen porch underneath a deck. They followed the plans exactly and had a creative approach to problem solving. This is not the first project they have done for us over the years. We use them because they hare reliable and honest.

We hired Coty first in 2014 to repair the front of our 8 townhouses. The following year we had them come back to start covering the fascia and soffit on the homes. In 2015 we completed 4 of the homes. There were some problems with the worker but after calling the company, they took care of our concerns and completed the job. Now in 2017, we are gong to hire Coty again to complete the work on the remaining 4 homes.

Prompt, friendly, professional service from start to finish. We received a call back and a free estimate within 48 hours of our first inquiry. Coty Construction replaced a flat roof on the second story of our home. The crew was fast but thorough. Clean up was perfect and the final bill was the exact amount estimated. We could not be more pleased.

We have had Coty Construction do new roofs and gutters on two houses in Minneapolis in the past few years. We have been very pleased with their work and, especially, with attention to detail. Pat personally checks all work and did some rework on a portion of a flat roof because he wasn't sure they got it right the first time. They have also come out to fix a couple of things that were not directly related to their work (e.g. A leak at one house that wasn't in the roof they replaced but in a window trim seal abovethe roof) and fixed the problems quickly and very reasonably.. We would not hesitate to call on them when we need additional work.g

Coty Construction installed replacement windows and new deck railings at my house this past summer. In addition to their highest quality of workmanship, they handled everything from the permit process through the final inspections seamlessly. Pat, Russ and the entire crew at Coty Construction were very professional, courteous and friendly; their standard of customer service/care was excellent. I highly recommend Coty Construction and will definitely use them again myself.
