Carol and her team create spaces in which to create memories. She really listens to what you want and has great suggestions based on what she hears. She designed a backyard patio with a pergola and we have used it every night. The work is exceptional and the design is inspired. We are so happy with our new patio. We highly recommend Creative Garden Services!

Over the last several years we have worked with Carol at Creative Garden Services for all our landscaping needs. In March of 2016 we began to research the idea of replacing our existing patio and deck with an outdoor living space. From the very beginning, Carol was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process. Carol is an experienced and knowledgeable professional. She spent numerous hours researching every detail of the project, far exceeding our expectations. She obtained samples of all the materials and even drew a computerized drawing of the patio and landscaping design. As with any project, we made several changes along the way and the entire crew at Creative Garden Service listened to our concerns and ensured our satisfaction. We really appreciated that the crew did not cut corners and took the extra effort to make sure that we were satisfied with each step of construction before moving on to the next. We LOVE the finished product and know that we will enjoy it for many years to come.

I highly recommend Carol Rakers and her business, Creative Garden Services. We started working with Carol about 16 years ago when she designed and planted our courtyard. She helped us to find a very unique fountain as the focal point. Since then, we have worked with her every year. She takes care of our outside plants and pots and has even decorated our deck for Christmas. What I like best about Carol is that whenever I call or text her, she gets back to me ASAP and she makes sure that even the smallest details get done and get done right. Usually when her crew is here, she is here, too. She is very dedicated to her customers.

Carol and I have been working together for quite a few years now. I am a bird lover so she has been helping me "bird-scape" my yard to attract as many different birds that live in the Midwest year round and also visit in the spring and summer months. I wanted to plant all types of bird attracting trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. yet wanted to do it very tastefully and elegantly. Carol put in a koi pond with a waterfall along amongst beautiful bird friendly landscaping. It is beautiful and very natural looking. I am so pleased and enjoy it so much (and so do the birds). Carol is always open to new ideas and wants to stay at the cutting edge of landscape design. She also does a fantastic job hanging outdoor Christmas lights. Because of her expertise she now is doing almost my whole subdivision which during Christmastime looks like a winter wonderland. Carol's staff is friendly and professional wanting to please their clients. I highly recommend Carol for landscape design. You will not be disappointed. Creative Garden Services has taken care of our landscape needs for over 16 years. It is great to know that the exterior of my home will look beautiful every season of the year. During the growing season our flower gardens flash color because of the spring bulbs, annuals and perennials that have been chosen, designed and planted by Carol Raker. Her crew is trustworthy, hardworking and respectful. We have 2 Koi fish ponds joined by a creek that Carol designed and constructed for our home. She has found antiques for our yard for planting areas and handmade planters for our specific needs. Creative Garden Services has also provides exterior Christmas lighting and decorating. Carol will do everything from purchasing your lights and extension cords to providing your greenery and wreathes. Her crew along with Carol deliver and setup fresh Christmas trees in a handmade stand. I have had the most beautiful trees since we used Creative Garden Services. And, always there is end of season teardown and cleanup as part of their service. Carol has worked with me to plan for our daughters wedding reception on property to getting ready to entertain for a small group of friends. I know that no matter what time of the year my year will be ready because Carol and her crew have my back. Thank you Creative Garden Services for all the love you have given to our land and family. I have been working with Carol at Creative Garden Services over the past year as we had several stages of our large landscape project. We hired them to complete a full array of landscaping work which included all new edging, retaining wall at our basement walkout, patios, and all plant installation. My style is somewhat traditional type of landscape design while maintaining eye appealing arrangement and plants, trees, bushes, variety of color and rock that requires minimal upkeep. Our plan also included a new patio made from paver stones that her crew installed along with a stone fireplace (this was outsourced to a masonry) in the back yard. Carol was always open to listening to my input, redesigned landscape ideas when i asked and the final style and design fits us and our needs perfectly!

Creative Garden does a fantastic job. Always on time they work hard and are efficient. Their plants are quality and the follow service is always great. I would highly recommend them.
