Creative Blinds

Creative Blinds is a fantastic workroom for all of our window-related needs. As interior designers we work with them often — from site measurement to installation. The team is always professional, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable of their product.

One of the best decisions I made for my home. After installing the motorized blinds I realized life shouldn't be so easy. Not to mention, I can set the timer and have them open automatically with the sunlight. The technicians were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone in Houston looking for new blinds or shades to definitely look them up

I've used Creative Blinds several times here at work and they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable of what our needs were. They installed our blinds in a timely manner as well.

We purchased wood blinds for 2 rooms, cellular shades for the living room and a roller shade for a small window in the kitchen. All came out perfectly but for the roller shade. It didn't fit right and, although the sales person told us the hardware would show, we didn't realize she meant that it would be very unsightly and that the hardware would hang down about 1 ½ inches. Even the installer remarked that it really did look horrible. There was a large gap at the sides that barely covered the actual window. For $140.00, I could have purchased a DIY roller shade many times over and probably gotten a better look. Creative Blinds responded to our complaint and sent the sales person back to our house who remeasured and ordered a different product for us which looks and fits much better. We are very pleased with the products. Because time was of the essence for us we didn't shop around for the best price, so I can't comment on whether we got a good value for the products. We hired them because we had responded to a flyer. We are/were supposed to received a $100 gift certificate for using Creative Blinds, which we have not yet received. The order was placed at the beginning of March, and it is now April 8th. We have also never received an actual invoice for exactly what we ordered and paid...only the quote listing automated versus manual blinds, nor have we received any kind of warranty information for our products.

Great service! Linda and Lauren where very kind and they gave us excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. They gave us very good advices. The timing was also perfect. The silhouettes shades look amazing in our home. Eric who was the person who installed them did an excellent job. Dina
