CRS Cabinets

From the moment Kyle arrived, I knew CRS was the right choice. His ideas and presentation was as if he was reading my mind. He turned a 20 year old cramped space into a beautiful kitchen. They were patient and understanding that this kitchen redo was important to us. Everyone that came into the house was considerate of our home. The communication before they arrived to letting us know when and how the project was scheduled. Madison and Hector was at the house during most of the installation. They worked well together like a well oiled machine. They were conscientious about taking care of the cabinets and granite. They even cleaned up after themselves. They were always on time and prepared to do the task for the day. Kyle’s entire team couldn’t have been any easier to work with. They were all kind and friendly. Exceptional customer service. They even accepted our spoiled dog! 5 stars isn’t enough! We love the kitchen. Highly recommend this company

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The quote process went smoothly, but after they started the work it all went downhill. They came out on a Monday to install my doors, drawers and new island. They measured one drawer front incorrectly and had to order a new one. This was fine I get things happen however, it took them 3 weeks to come back out. In the meantime I have a unfinished kitchen with holes all over the place. Every time I tried to get dates they seemed annoyed that I was asking. On top of that, at the very last moment they told me their original bid didn’t include the countertop for the new island. This shocked me because that had never told me this in all the numerous conversations we had about the countertop. They said it would be an addition $850. Knowing I was already upset about the timeline of the project they then put the countertop on hold for an additional week until they could try and find a resolution. I had no idea the countertop was on hold. Overall a bad experience. Horrible customer service and communication. They also didn’t stick to the timeline they had originally quoted me and didn’t stick to the dollar amount they had originally quoted me. Stay away.

My wife and I are so very happy with our new and beautiful kitchen. Everyone we worked with on our new kitchen were very professional and helpful. The men were also very courteous and very professional and answered every questions we asked them without hesitation. The job they completed in two days as promised and they cleaned up the kitchen before they left. The job was just amazing and now our kitchen is beautiful.

They did some phenomenal work in my kitchen. Clean , beautiful and affordable work. I'm gonna hire these boys again for another remodel. 5 stars!!!!

The crew at CRS has been very helpful in many ways when remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms providing a free quote with ideas for remodeling with various door samples and materials. After we gave the green light the contractors were very clean and had no problems with the install. Thank you guys.

CRS transformed my kitchen entirely! Not only did they have the most competitive prices, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and show me examples. The guys that came over made sure to cover all my belongings, cleaned out the drawers and put everything back. It was the royal treatment. I love my new cabinets and can't wait to have my friends over to show them. I highly recommend.

I would never recommend these people to anyone! They had to redo our job twice and 6 months after our drawers started to fall apart. When contacted they acknowledged there was a problem with the supplier of the cabinets but they would not stand by the warranty. I would not under any circumstance use these people!
