Jarrett is one of the most easy to get along with, extremely knowledgeable in his field, willing to do the homework if he doesn't know the answer, attention to details, award winning builder in the northeast. So happy we hired Advantage Contracting to finish our basement, they did a GREAT job! Jarret is very professional and easy to work with. He communicates daily and let's you know what progress is being made and what to expect the next day. No surprises. All the workers are efficient and talented. The job came in right on budget. We can't say enough and would hire them again if we had to.

I have worked with many builders who specialize in new home construction. Some builders are better than others. I can honestly say Jarrett is on top of his game. He keeps his jobs running smoothly. He communicates effectively with the subs on the job providing plenty of information so the subs can work as a team to get the job done efficiently. This in turn keeps the customer happy. Jarrett takes pride in the homes he has built and it shows.

Jarrett called me to work with a high end client of his to design and fabricate very unique kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. The job was a great success, and since then we have worked together on several other projects. Jarrett is well organized, clean, deals well with the customer, and although I didn't know it at the time a skilled carpenter. He general contracted this project as one would expect, but when he said that he would install the cabinetry I was shocked and a bit reluctant. This was one of the most intricate projects we have ever built and to my pleasant surprise Jarrett did a beautiful installation. In my view Advantage Contracting is a rare find in the industry combining great management and personal attention to detail.

We hired this company to build our new home. My wife and I have had nothing but a positive experience right from the start. Our contractor has been extremely accommodating and enjoyable to work with. It's very nice to work with someone who is just as excited as we are about building our new home. His attention to detail on every aspect of the project is truly impressive. I highly recommend this company for all of your home construction or renovation needs, and we will most definitely use him again for any of our future projects.
