If you need window treatments of any kind, Blinded by Delight is the business to contact. I used the description of "business" but they really treat you like family. We had a difficult corner in our Master Bedroom with strange spacing, etc. Erica was incredible in coming to a solution and we couldn't be happier with her, her service, the installer, and the company as a whole. I used to sew my own curtains but this area was too complex to wrap my head around, so I called the experts, referred to me by a friend who too had an amazing experience. So I would never tackle a job when I know I have Blinded by Delight as a place to go. If you are looking, stop and look no further. This company is who you want to take care of you and your home.

Blinded By Delight did our windows over ten years ago when we built a house and I was extremely pleased with my window treatments. I just used them again for our new-to-us home, and the quality is excellent. Supply chain challenges aside, they are worth it. The installer was professional and focused on perfection. I LOVE my new shutters! They are the Sunland (Polycore) 4.5" louvers and as very sturdy and well made. I am so glad I went with the wider louvers, they provide the most visibility to the outdoors. Cory Baldridge was the window specialist that came to our home. He spent a good amount of time with me going over all the options. He is very knowledgeable and was a great help with choosing the best style for our decor, I could not be happier with the product and service. I highly recommend Cory and Blinded by Delight. You cannot go wrong with these folks. The installer did a great job as well.

I am very happy with the product. They look fantastic on my windows and patio doors. The only drawback was the salesperson forgot to order the end caps to the curtains and I had to wait several weeks. It is a very professional company and I would use them again.

I have had the opportunity to work with Julie McKnight/ Blinded By Delight twice in the last two years. The first time was with the installation of shutters for our new home. This went flawlessly and the shutters are just perfect. After living in the home for two years I called Julie back to discuss our windows that faced the backyard as we had left them unadorned....Julie came to our home and I explained my vision for the windows in our living area and breakfast nook. Julie graciously and tactfully pointed out that what I had in mind would not work for the space - simply because there was not enough room....I could see that she was right so it was back to the drawing board. Julie suggested simple cornice boards as an accent for the windows and to enhance the wall space.....With a cooperative effort between Julie, myself and my husband we picked the perfect fabric...They are now installed and are perfect for the space! The cornices were a solution for the windows that I would never have thought of on my own. Thank you Julie and Blinded by Delight!!

Everybody was very helpful. It began at the beginning of the pandemic and everybody wore masks and delivered samples for us to look through instead of going to the showroom. Advice was given on cosmetics. The best part was after installation of one window, we were less than thrilled, but thought we had to just live with it. I mentioned it almost in passing and Cyndi made sure we were happy by replacing the roller screens at very little cost to us!! We were extremely pleased and even ordered additional blinds. The only reason it is not a five star is there were a couple bumps in installation that was provided by another vendor that works with Blinded by Delight.

Working with the folks from Blinded by Delight was a great experience. I was looking for blinds for a patio door and window for a small addition to our existing home. I originally thought about ordering the blinds online and doing the job myself, but was a little nervous, so I decided to at least check local vendors. Blinded by Delight was close to my neighborhood and had great reviews, so I gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! We were able to set up an appointment within a few days, Cory came out to measure and give me an estimate which, surprisingly, was very competitive with the online vendors and included installation. The blinds came in early and looked lovely. I will be using them in the future!

We ordered shades for large windows and for windows in doors. It took us a while and several visits to make up our minds. Ms McKnighr was quite patient with us on many occasions. She made sure measurements were correct and was very knowledgeable. We are quite happy with our new shades and recommend Blinded by Delight.

We had shutters put in throughout our house and a cornice to cover the exposed railing for the vertical blinds that cover our sliding doors. Blinded By Delight gave us Erica, a dream sales counselor who gave us great recommendations. Their price was also very reasonable. The installers came out when they said they would and gave us our BEAUTIFUL shutters and cornice. It was worth the money and worth the wait. We had been talking about having shutters installed in our home for many years. We received an ad in the mail for the Boerne location of Blinded by Delight. They took care of us in a very timely and professional manner. They were in our home just a few days later to measure windows and show us samples. We ordered the ones we wanted and were told it would be about a 13 week wait while the shutters were manufactured. Then, COVID 19 hit! They worked with us, stayed in contact, and came out as soon as our personal schedule allowed it. The installer, Jorge, had a system of getting the job done and he had our shutters installed in 2 hours. It was a great experience and I will highly recommend them.

I had the most wonderful experience working with Cyndi and staff on selecting the blinds for my new home. They took the time to come and visit my home and help me on selecting the right colors and styles for each of the bedroom and living room areas. I initially bought the blinds for the master bedroom without a motorized feature because this option was no available on the ones I picked (all the other blinds were motorized) and they had a light fabric that did not give me enough darkness during the day ( I sometimes work nights and sleep during the day). Few months after the installation of my blinds, Cyndi called me and asked me about the blinds, I told her how I would like to have more light control over the one in my bedroom. She did not hesitated and replaced them for a blackout motorized blinds...I love them!! More than a dozen large and small window had electronic blinds installed, plus blinds for 2 large sliding doors.The blinds look great, work great. The installer, Todd, was very professional, efficient, and thorough. After several hours of solid installation, he spent time with us to explain how to program the remotes, and how to synch the blinds to operate simultaneously. But it all started with Cory, who spent several hours with us, showing us the multiple options available. Colors, textures, different type of controls, were all explained in detail. Then Cory came to the house to measure each window and sliding door, and made sure to compensate for imperfections in the framing of each window. BBD installed Hunter Douglas roller shades to cover the 6 windows (including sliding doors) in my condo. Julie was my consultant. She came to my home with sample books, measured all the windows, and discussed many factors, such as light filtering vs blocking, inside vs, outside mount, the various systems to raise and lower the blinds, evaluating the fabrics, and spent a lot more time with me than I expected. She was very pleasant, never pushy, and insisted that I make my own choices. I spent a lot of time at the showroom looking through books and checking out samples, and Dallas was always very helpful and courteous. It took me several weeks to decide, and when I did, Julie came back to my home to re-measure everything, just to be safe. I went with outside mount to get more coverage and to avoid the blinds bumping into window cranks. The blinds were delivered when promised and the installer (Todd) was great. He explained to me how to change the cord length and other factors that were good to know about my new blinds. The next day, I noticed several of the blinds were "wavy," not hanging straight. I sent photos to BBD and they communicated with Hunter Douglas, deciding to replace all the "wavy" blinds using bigger rollers, at no additional cost. The new products arrived on time, and were installed perfectly, again by Todd, and hang straight. I made my own cornices instead of getting the standard HD “cassette,” saved a ton of money, and they look great. I can't say enough good about the customer service at BBD.

The representative that came out to my house was very knowledgeable about the product. She was on time and very courteous. She helped me find the right fabric and color for my window blinds and she fit them perfectly (I have two very large windows in my house that she covered for me). She even went as far as to set up temporary covers for my windows so I can have some privacy while I waited for the blinds to be installed. The gentleman that came to instal the blinds was also very nice and respectful and he works very fast. The blinds were up in no time. Over all had a fantastic experience with everyone at blinded by delight.

We had shutters installed throughout the entire house and we absolutely love them! We are so happy with our Plantation Shutters and Blinded by Delight. We had such a great experience from our first phone call with Dallas to Installation with Jorge. Erica an Interior Designer came to our home to show us the different products and options available for window coverings. Erica was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She had samples of each product to look at and took her time going over each product choice. We decided on the Norman Woodlore Plus 31/2 plantations shutters. Erica took measurements of our windows to estimate cost and then at a later date the Installers Jorge and Billy came out to get precise measurements. Erica came back out again and placed temporary window coverings on all our windows while we waited the 10-12 weeks for our custom shutters. Finally after 12 weeks our shutters arrived and they were installed by Billy and Jorge. We did have a few issues arise on installation. A few window frames we ordered were incorrect and a door covering was damaged during shipping. Immediately Jorge and Billy stated they would order new ones to replace them. My husband and I didn’t have to say or do anything. Jorge took care of everything. Thankfully the turn around time was only a few weeks for replacement. Jorge and Billy came back out to complete the job to everyone’s satisfaction. My husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied with our choice and we are Blinded by Delight!

Friendly, professional staff. Great selections and knowledge of their products. Project took awhile to get underway only because my windows were being changed out and delays from window company. BbD stayed with me while I waited out the window installation process in order to get the perfect window treatments for the new windows.

We happened into their showroom because we needed to see ideas for our master suite and bathroom. They had many examples we could touch and try, unlike buying online. Dallas knew the products well and ordered them for us over the summer. They were measured and installed perfectly. Thanks team.

I was so pleasantly suprised when I called Blinded by Delight and was told that someone could come out the following day to measure and bring samples. I picked out what I wanted, paid a deposit via credit card with a receipt generated and sent my to email immediately, and was told 2/3 weeks before installation would occur. Julie McKnight was the interior designer for our project. She was an absolute professional during all phases of the installation of our drapes. She was always prompt and got back to us in a timely fashion, either by phone, email, or at-home visits. She knew her inventory and listened to my overall design wishes. The seamstress that they use has been in business for 3 generations and the quality of the finished product was superb. Todd was the name of the installer. He was very conscientious of protecting our furniture and wall paint while drilling to hang the rods. They quoted us a price before beginning and it was exactly that at the end. WE ARE VERY PLEASED!!

Tenant pulled down one of the blinds that had been installed by the homebuilder. The builder could not tell us who installed them, so we turned to the property management company and they sent "Blinded by Delight" to come and look at the situation. I was looking for curtains for my dining room for the past 2 years. My ceilings are 12 feet high so they needed to be custom made. I worked with Julie and she was wonderful. She emailed me back promptly and came over to my home for a free consult. She was very knowagable about all things pertaining to curtains. The design center has a lot of fabric options and Julie was able to work with me within my budget. It took 6 weeks to have the curtains made and the installation was done quickly. Overall I am very happy with the curtains. I am excited to start working on the other rooms in my house!

Blinded by the light did a great job on our new home shutters. In home consume was very personalized. Only sold us what we wanted. Did not try to up seek. Install went perfect and the house looks great.

We were referred to Blinded By Delight by a family member. Corey came out to measure and he was very informative and spent a lot of time offering suggestions for our home and budget. We decided on 2.5" faux wood blinds for 15 windows with flush valances. Corey installed temporary blinds while we waited for our order to come in. Unfortunately, when the installer came out with the order, several of the windows measured too short for flush valances. Blinded by Delight ordered and installed valance returns at no charge to us and a week and a half later installed them. We are much happier with the result and have been very pleased with the customer service.
