We had Doug come out, give us a bid. He happened to be there when our deck builder stopped by. The two discussed the plans and were able to build us a beautiful sanctuary for the last year. Perfect for our needs.

My 86 year old mother wanted to update her patio and hired Decks & Patio Covers. The initial consultation went really well. My mother had lots of questions and Doug Woodside was very professional, patient and thorough. He made it a comfortable experience for her and especially assisted her in determining the best needs and options for the project. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, very reliable and his crew worked quickly yet safely and they were all very courteous and left the site free from debris which my mother was very pleased with. They delivered successfully on time! We really love the patio cover and railings!

Amazing job by these guys. They helped design and build a deck and patio cover to extend our current outdoor living space. They were a little more expensive than some of the other bids, but I totally believe the finished product and the job experience were worth the small added cost. Don't hesitate to hire Doug and his team. We spoke with quite a few builders, and he was the best hands down on all fronts.

Doug & His crew at Decks & Patio Covers installed the most awesome cover over our back deck. They even customized it to fit our deck perfectly. It has added so much extra use to our home and the ability to go outside in the winter and BBQ without getting soaking wet is amazing! I am a real estate broker and adding these types of covers to a home adds to the value as you are basically adding additional space. We will probably have them come up sometime in the next year or so to add a cover to one other portion of our back deck. I LOVE IT!

We like to entertain and use the barbeque outside all year. It is very windy where we live and needed good weather protection. Doug also installed a glass wind wall that works well at blocking the wind but we still have our view. The translucent roof panels allow plenty of light to come through. Our deck area is fairly large so think the cost (in excess of $10,000.00) was comparable to other options we considered. The project was completed in a timely manner and the crew were very professional. We are very satisfied with our choice and would recommend Doug to others.

Doug and his crew designed and built an outdoor room for us. We had a tight knot cedar deck and cover built (bronze powder coated aluminum frame, railing with cool blue acrylic panels for cover). Doug was extremely helpful with the design and created the perfect space. He easily dealt with our landscape challenges. I appreciate Doug's advice on size, treatment and product recommendations. Doug and his crew go the extra mile and will steer you in the right direction. We had a 3-man crew and they were very professional arriving at 7:15 am each day. They kept the job site clean and went above and beyond in customer service dept. Project took about 10 days, on budget and we're very pleased with the result. The room will add 380 square feet of living space year round to our home - coveted space for Seattle 1940's house!

Doug and his team are great. they installed my patio cover in a day. it's been a year now and I am happy. We spend more time outdoor . I can step over the cover and clean roof after winter. It's so easy to maintain. Highly recommended!

We are loving our deck cover and spend more time outside than ever through these rainy months. The addition of tarps to block the east wind and a propane fire pit completes our winter experience out there. It was worth the cost to us and our friends are just amazed at the quality of it. No regrets at all for investing in this cover.

Decks and Patios came and installed a beautiful patio cover for us. Doug gave us important information that helped us decide what the best patio cover would be. The turn around time was very quick. The workers were very accommodating and were prompt on the scheduled day of service. They made needed changes without any hesitation. Super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. They cleaned up very well even though it was dark when they left. I would highly recommend this company to any of our friends or family.
