Designer’s Point just finished a kitchen remodel for us. Karen and Dick were so helpful from start to finish! The entire workforce were a pleasure to have in my home. Kitchen and bath remodeling is exciting but overwhelming at the same time. So many decisions to be made. Designers Point made the experience easy and even pleasant right from the start. From our first meeting with Dick, we knew Designers Point would be the company we would use. He was relaxed, engaging and truly interested in our project. He met with us several times and carefully listened to our needs and desires for our kitchen, bath and laundry remodel. Our designer, Jessica is a doll, but so gifted in decor and logical layout for a functional, useful and utterly beautiful space. Ed and Mariola made sure the job was done precisely correct from beginning to end. They were there every step of the way and Ed was available whenever we had a question or concern. Finally and probably most importantly, our job was quoted accurately to the penny from the start. No surprises. They were so honest and transparent. And the predicted timeline was almost to the day. Maybe we got lucky or maybe this company is just really good! I contend the latter.

I have worked with many designers and I cannot say enough about how great the team at Designers Point is to work with They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. Karen, Dick, Ed and Jess listened to our likes, dislikes, and needs and they accomplished everything we wanted done. I have never worked with designers that are so easy to work with. I wish I could fly them to our other home in Southwest Florida to help us with a remodel there.

Working with Designers Point on our kitchen remodel was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. They were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, on-schedule (yes, really!), and absolutely focused on our satisfaction. This was the only company that truly listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. We are thrilled to the moon with Karen and Dick and the entire Designers Point team. They walked us through a complete gut renovation, transforming a cramped 100+ yr old space into a spacious, modern dream kitchen, executing my vision exactly. They went above and beyond to track down custom made pieces by the finest craftsmen, and guided this renovation newby through an overwhelming process with patience and grace.

The team at Designers Point did a fantastic job of remodeling our master bathroom. Karen and Dick were wonderful to work with, taking the ideas of myself and my wife into account to produce a transformative space that we really enjoy. I really appreciated the modeling software that was used to show how the bathroom would look after the work was done. This helped us easily visualize what the bathroom would like, something we wished had been available when we remodeled our kitchen some years ago when we used a different design company. Finally, I was impressed that we hit our projected cost almost on the nose. The only variance were last second changes to the construction work order. Overall, this is a wonderful organization to do business with and I will not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to my friends.

My kitchen looks like a photo out of a home magazine. The design was great but the final product was really unbelievable. It exceeded expectations. Karen and Dick were professional but also fun to work with. They came up with design elements that we did not know even existed. Doorways were opened up to really transform rather then remodel the room. The quality of the cabinets is excellent. The quality of the finish work is great. The project from demolition to completion went quicker than I expected it to. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a kitchen in the Chicagoland area.

Professional, creative, personal design. They worked with us, they advocated for us, they went above and beyond. We looked at other places before we selected Designers Point and really we couldn't be happier. They've been done with our kitchen, laundry room, family room and 3 baths for 6 months and pretty much every day we still say how much we love our home...and how much we miss their staff and contractors. They work like a family and their collaborative approach and attention to detail will be hard to find elsewhere.

Designers Point did an excellent job with my bathroom remodel. Dick and Karen were very helpful in helping pick out everything from the tile and countertops down the the smallest details like the towel bars. I would definitely use them in the future for my next remodeling project.
