Kiran is an excellent and very experienced architect. He has very good experience for all kind of projects. Very knowledgeable, very humble and very supportive. He listens client requirements very patiently, and ensures to provide best design for it. He is very meticulous and never compromise on quality. He regularly monitors projects and ensures best comes out of it. He designed our home project very beautifully, catered all our requirement and ensured that everything is in planned budget. We got our dream house designed and built through Architect Kiran Hanumaiah from Design Matters Architects. The entire process was extremely professional and smooth. Ar. Kiran is one of the best architects in Bangalore and the DMA team of young architects and interior designers are very talented. Right from the requirement gathering stage, the floor plan and elevation design finalization stage, everything was meticulously and beautifully designed for us. The 3D visualizations that we always received from DMA were brilliant and helped us make quick and sure decisions. Kiran also helped us narrow down and select the contractor to build our building. A lot of time, effort and support is extended by the architect and his team in choosing the right vendors, materials at every stage of the construction until completion. Thanks to Kiran and Design Matters Architects, we now have a rather distinctive, comfortable, and beautifully designed home. We engaged the services of Kiran Hanumaiah who is the principle architect of Design matters to do the architectural design as well as the interior design of our house. We had ideas of how we needed our house to be and Kiran understood them well and gave us an initial design. The contract was also reasonable priced. He was receptive to our ideas and needs and changed the design accordingly. We liked what we saw and went ahead with it. He was not forceful with any of his ideas and was very patient with us. What we liked the most was how readily available he was to answer the question posted by the civil engineer as well as us. He visited the site regularly and communicated suggestions and improvements as required. He provided contacts of various vendors as needed and proved very resourceful and efficient. We have moved to our new house and are very much loving the space and light in it and the beautiful layout and unique elements. The interior design was good but some of it could have been better or more unique and creative is what we thought. We mostly have positives to say about him, the only small negative aspect was the electrical design which could have been more detailed and some last moment rework avoided. Overall we are very satisfied with the services and would very much recommend Kiran and Deisgn matters to whoever is thinking about hiring an architect to design their house.

We have worked with Kiran for close to two and a half years, right from the conceptualization of our project through to execution and we couldn't have selected a better architect and interior designer. After having met with several other architects to design our forever earth friendly and minimal home, we instantly clicked with Kiran. His enthusiasm to understand our ideas and requirements, his calm and positive demeanor immediately appealed to us. Unlike other architects who are quite insistent on certain design concepts, we were optimistic he will be patient and listen to our views on how "we" see "our" home. As we started working with him, we were happy to note that our design sensibilities also matched well. Kiran and his team have been hands on, responsive, available and fully committed throughout the duration of our project. Over the course of the project, where some parts of the original design evolved and needed changes, he was able to seamlessly integrate our ideas into his concept for the structure. He was able to communicate effectively with the contractor and various vendors, get his ideas across, and ensure it was executed to the best of the construction team's ability. He was able to troubleshoot issues that arose and come up with feasible alternatives. The 3D renderings provided at every stage of the project helped us visualise each element in the house and made the decision making process easy. We also took Kiran's support in the contractor tender process, bill verfification and payment calculation, QC of building materials and building progress. Overall, my husband and I highly recommend Kiran and his team for anyone looking for an architect who is able to cater to both traditional and contemporary design requirements, who is well connected and is able to guide home owners to all the relevant vendors needed at every stage of building and designing a home. Hi, Kiran was the architect for my home, which I recently built - 2020-2021. I've had interaction with him for almost 1.5yr. What I can say top quality of kiran is - his experience, professoinalism and patience. He has handled various types of projects over vaste number of years, thus he carries lot of practical knowledge, rather than imaginary. And I should say he is client's Architect, what I mean is - he will get a house that's according to your taste, instead of imposing his own thoughts, though he cautions us with pros-n-cons. During my initial search I met all different types, either people will be completely client side (and just do what client's say) or their own style, but I see Kiran in between - thus managing both overall aesthetics, practical and client's aspirations. And now coming to his patience, trust me I've had almost 10+ revisions of my floor plan, 7+ revisions of my elevation and he never hesitated to accommodate my new thoughts. I've also heard once concern from my friends/colleagues, that architects once project is committed, they will show different reasons for avoiding site visits, but to contrary - kiran always accommodated my request for site visits. He has also provided all required drawings in reasonable time, without much delay. And also due to the payment schedule agreed, my complete payment was done at least 6 months prior to finish of my project, but never supported/hesitated for supporting my questions/request for visit my property. This is one more example of his attitude. The only thing I feel Kiran & team to look at improvement is - Elevation. Apart from this, I felt everything else is great. We took help from Kiran to design our house as well as for interiors. It was a pleasure to work with him. We found him to be very open minded who would listen to our preference and design accordingly. He was also comfortable to work with the contractor that we had identified separately though he has his own reference contractors. The design philosophy is to keep it more open to use the natural elements in the best possible manner. With the amount of choice available these days one could get lost but Kiran was able to provide some valuable inputs that were asthetically appealing as well as pragmatic from usage standpoint. Overall, we are very happy with the service that we got from him.
